When I picked up the ladder at the store, I noticed the box at the corner had been damaged. Sure enough when I opened it the leg was damaged. I recommend that your receiver should check damaged boxes to see if product has been damaged. The sales associate was very nice about giving me credit. As it turned out I bought the blue fiberglass 8' ladder that was on hand. It was a great price for it and saved me $60.00

Excellent. Light weight & well built. Easy to carry.

This is a fantastic ladder if you need to reach heights over 8 feet. We have 10' ceilings and need to be able to reach to change furnace filters, smoke detector batteries, etc. We had a large fiberglass ladder which is great for outside, but really cumbersome to navigate through the house.

This is an excellent product. Very stable and comfortable to stand on. Easy to carry but it isn’t flimsy. I had thought about buying one of those collapsible multi position ladders but this was much more suitable for my inside/outside needs. Highly recommend.

The ladder was what I expected and the top step platform was a real help and felt secure when standing on it. The trays at the top, one at the top of the ladder and one that folds out above the top step gave convenience for holding tools and material. The lean to lets you get close to the wall but could be better. The locking carry handle is a nice touch. It is more cumbersome than heavy but can be carried in most circumstances. If you need to reach up to 12 feet from the ground up this ladder should suffice. You should still have a spotter as with any ladder but especially if you plan on using the top two steps. I used it to hang shelves in my garage which has 12' ceilings. Overall a very good ladder.

This is the best ladder i have ever bought, and I have bought several. I also bought a 6 ft just like it. Should have gotten these ladders years ago. I am 72 years young and decided I needed ladders that are safer. Love it!

Perfect for its intended jobs of changing air filters and clearing the gutters. Purchased this brand because I have the smaller size that I feel safe using and is incredibly lightweight and easy to use and store. Thank the design team at Cosco!

It is solid, sturdy, relatively light weight and strong. I feel very secure when standing at the upper treads.

Love this ladder! Sturdy but not heavy. Easy to set up and take down, and carry with the convenient handle. The wider rungs and platform top step make it more comfortable to work for long periods on the ladder and the tray at the top is big enough to hold several tools and supplies.

Compared to the Warner Podium ladder, this ladder lacks a lot. You cannot stand safely on the small top step, whereas on the Warner Podium you can stand safely and turn around. No comparison. Pass on this one in favor of the Warner Podium. Cost more, but works unbelievably better.

Outstanding design features! Light weight, and the side handle lock makes it very easy to carry. Pull out drawer and paper towel holder are smart elements.

Very light weight for it's size. Have 12 foot ceilings and needed it for changing light bulbs, dusting and cleaning windows. I feel very secure when on this ladder on the top rung.

Good quality and light weight.

I am 63 this ladder was made for an old man, when I climb this ladder I feel safe, I have 10ft. ceiling and just replaced two fans if I had not purchase this ladder I would not been able to install the fans. A place for all your tools, the runs on this ladder are wide and comfortable, light as a feather, Thanks
