So right out of the box one camera would not work with night vision. Contacting and get a response from customer support is impossible. I loved wit the one camera not working properly. Now less than a year with the system the hard drive isn’t working making the system useless. Again surprise surprise no response from customer support. AVOID THIS STSTEM. Would of given zero stars if I could.

This is not a stand alone system; internet connection required. . .

It was easy to set up and has excellent video. Instructions confusing for setting up to have a far away camera repeat through a closer one (air-bridging), but once I figured it out, it was simple to do and nice graphic on the display to confirm. There was an "IPC Repeater" included that was not advertised with it, and there was no mention of it in the manual, so no instructions - that repeater has a LAN cable socket and an antenna. Glad I didn't need to use it. Instruction manual uses acronyms that are not defined. I'm a retired electrical engineer and don't know what DDNS, DHCP, and some other acronyms are, but fortunately, I didn't need to understand that part of the instructions to get the system working. The display looks great on my big screen TV via an HDMI cable. Two things I'd like to see: 1. A remote control to select which camera is the big one on the display, or remote to go full screen with so you don't have to go to base receiver/recorder and use the mouse (I may try a wireless mouse). and 2. I would also like to see a way of using the 2-way audio if you don't have a smart phone.

Product works ok and picture is crystal clear but cant get the audio to work. Cant get a hold of anyone for support, they give you one number to call and all you get is a full mailbox so cant leave a message, you put in a ticket for support and you never get a response.

Very clear pictures, many options on this system. Both motion detection in video, and passive infrared detection. Adjustable individual camera brightness. Speaker jack appears not to work. But if viewed on TV with volume at 50% seems ok. Backup files off loaded to usb drive can’t be seen unless special codec h.265 on laptop. So that is a hard problem to resolve for me. Unit works fine otherwise. Love it!

Have problem with camera. Called home d. No help. Called Crystal v. No answer, no help. Ot recommend.

It is super convenience that it has the monitor, audio feature, and remote view app. All features working great with its decent easy smartphone view setup. Two way voice talk and hear function delivers very clear voice for my use.

I have given it almost 30 days since I installed these cameras. I had to contract tech support 2x with just operating questions on the DVR system. Extremely easy to set-up and operate. I had Lorex cameras for 4 years prior and were junk in comparison. Picture quality is literally amazing and app works well. All apps for these camera systems I find aren't perfect. This happens to be pretty good! I would make one suggestion and I didn't take away a star for this and that is the audio feature isn't worth the extra cost. I thought the feature would be interesting to have, but overall I would recommend the cameras without the audio feature. I find the sound is to low and the mic doesn't pick up on everything. By NO means a deal breaker for me.
