The MDF was overall pretty flat. Would recommend this purchase.

Purchased this to make epoxy signs on a CNC. After carving a .19" deep pocket into the front side with a logo, removed from the CNC and noticed that it started to warped quickly in a temp&humidity controlled shop. Seems to be an inferior product. Sealed with 2 coats each of shellac, primer and paint. Clamped flat, poured epoxy in hopes it would stay flat after cured -- no such luck. Highly disappointed, GP Panels (manufacturer).

Excellent product for wood projects; in my case a kitchen countertop overlaid with epoxy. Awesome results. Product was in stock, delivery was a scheduled, courteous Home Depot (HD) deliverers...Thanks Home Depot...

Easy to cut, hardly any breakage at the end of the cut. During assembly of the project I was building it took paint (including primer) very well, and screws went in easily with no material failure.

MDF is always good to have around the shop especially for spare of the moment projects like my recent backlit picture frame design. I thought about doing something like this for months but was not sure as to what material would be best suited for my needs. MDF from Home Depot was both cost effective and a great choice for this build.

Home depot always has quality MDF!

This panel is very versatile and has many uses for indoor, dry location applications. I used it in 4" wide strips to frame out the interior of a new patio door I recently installed. The framework was going to be painted, and the cost of a full 4' x 8' sheet was actually less than 1" x 6" pine I would have had to buy instead, and I had the benefit of the remaining 3' x 8' sheet to use on another project at no additional cost. This material has a tendency to pick up moisture, but if properly back primed and painted it will serve well and even outlast pine trim, which has a tendency to check, split and warp.

Using this material for countertop. Easy to work with but must use caution for any airborne particles. Recommend this but always be mindful of the formaldehyde.

MDF is so versatile and can be used with so many projects. I made a hanging barn style door. Came out looking great. I did have to verify that there was no chips or breaks in product before purchasing. Home Depot accociate even cut it to size for me in the store.

Great for a kitchen countertop!

It's a good product that I will continue to use. The only drawback is that the quantity was limited when I went to purchase and the product left was damaged.

Exactly what you expect out of MDF

It was 4 feet 1 inch wideso I had to recut would have been much nicer to know that up front was for 4 foot shelves

It did what I needed it for and is holding up very well

I used this product to replace the floor in my 4x10 trailer. The old original plywood had started to come apart. I sealed the bottom side and covered the top and sides with aluminum diamond plate (1/16") because the Arizona sun is murder on wood and I don't want to be re-coating/ painting it every year.

Excellent smooth surface product for indoor projects.

Product was delivered on time and in a very professional manner. The person did his job completely.

MDF is MDF, the outstanding feature was delivery, on time, professional unlike another company i used that literally scattered my delivery in the parking lot

Delivered with a broken corner

I was told by local lumber yd that your MDF density was less than the MDF they carried. I used your MDF to build bookshelves on my main floor on each side of my fireplace. They turned out fine. I was happy with your product. I would just like to mention I would like to see vets get a discount on lumber products. Thanks for your consideration.

traveled two hours to get the materials and was loaded up with trash quality mdf material that had deep gouges and scrape marks on the faces of the mdf. i did not notice these issues until i returned back home. i was really disappointed

It was out of stock so I never received it. Plus keep your online inventory up to date

Perfect for closet shelves!

The board was ok I mean it did what would expect from MDF. The problem was, I ask for the store to make me some cuts I I got two free cut but I paid for three additional cuts, I don't mind paying but the cuts were off not what I expected they came out a bit short so it changed my plans and improvised ened up useing less than 20% of the board the reat I had to throw away.

The board was very smooth. The workmanship on it was incredible. I see that it was made in Mt. Jewett, PA. It is great to see such a great domestic product

What can I say it's MDF. Light shade of brown? Check. Solid? Very Much so. Taste like wood chips and adhesive? Yes! Did it make a good box for my 18" subs? My neighbors love me very much now. Store experience was so/so. Took 15 minutes to find someone to cut board in half to fit in my electric Hummer. Checkout worker tried to charge me for plywood not MDF. Kept asking me what the price was. That's not my job just scan the bar code.

The MDF was not in good shape when it was loaded onto my truck. It had a large piece missing from the side and was not something that could not have been spotted by the employee putting my order together for me. I ordered this online due to the fact I just had back surgery and needed the extra help. The sad part is I own stock in Home Depot. With service like this and products that dont meet expectations it will not take much to make others go across the street to the big blue store. They need better training for sure.
