The offer I bought had a free battery starter kit the email I got to confirm the order said tool only but the picture said free starter kit under the grinder please advise

Battery doesn’t last 10 minutes
I was excited to purchase my first Dewalt tool the 20-volt 4-1/2 in.to 5 in. Grinder(buy tool get battery & charger free) disappointed after first use, which was sharpening a lawn mower blade, the battery lasted less than 10 minutes. I fully charged battery again & timed exactly how long the battery lasts result 7 minutes & 8 seconds very disappointing I have other brands of tools with so much better battery life. Pretty useless when I have to wait 30 minutes to charge for every 7 minutes of use

Spindel lock broke after one month.
Purchased this grinder in June of 2022 so I've had it about a month. The spindle lock is located on top of the tool, not the side as shown in the pictures. The lock won't slide, so I can't lock the spindle. This grinder is basic useless! I am now using my 20+ year old Craftsman corded grinder. I have gotten no response from Dewalt customer service. I have 6 other Dewalt 20V tools and have never had a problem until now.
