The only answer for what to use for cutting corrugated metal roofing! EXCELLENT!

Cleanly cut sheet metal ducting and a stainless steel chase for a kitchen vent hood. The process threw around a lot of tiny metal shards, so eye protection and thorough clean-up afterwards are essential!

Cuts through steel siding like butter. As previously mentioned, wear hearing protection. It is loud.

Afrer 12 cuts of 24 ga, courregated panels 39" wide it lost it's edge. Don't waste your money

I bought it specifically for a project in my garage apartment. Put in the Summit 39” kitchenette which I purchased from Home Depot. I needed to cut 6 inch’s off the back plate to get my old construction plumbing to work, and did it ever work!! Very few sparks initially and none after I started. Cut straight as an arrow. Hot knife through butter as they say. The right blade for the job. Super impressed. I have used it now on other metal projects. Would def buy again.

Lasted four cuts on 4 inch 12 gauge c purlin

Excellent blade, exactly what I needed. Used it for sweet clean cuts on metal roofing, then 26 ga metal siding. Opened up new horizons for metal applications, just like cutting wood. So glad I bought this! Would gladly buy again, and plan to if I ever wear this one out.

Cutting approx. 3" off a metal roof edge already in place 30' long...using this blade made it easy. It cut through it like butter and very few sparks or burls. End result, mission accomplished.

Cuts metal like butter!

We have used these to cut D4 steel siding and 50 year old corrugated barn metal. They do a great job at making clean cuts. My tip would be to pull your saw towards you, not push it away from you. You will get cleaner cuts that way. They do get dull just like any other blade. So make sure you plan on purchasing more than one for your project.

Works very well cutting steel siding

I used this blade to cut pole shed steel siding. It works very well, both across the ribs and in line with the ribs. Just wear your safety gear, ear and face shield. Adjust the depth of cut according to what you are cutting and you will get a clean cut.

Great blade. I was able to easily cut 3-5 sheets of metal roofing at once. Wear your earplugs as it is loud! Eye protection too as metal chips fly everywhere.

The Diablo 7-1/4 in. Steel Demon Ultra Fine Metal Cutting Blade works very well for cutting thin metal. Used it to slice up some old metal roofing to build a raised garden bed and as other reviewers have said, it cuts like a hot knife through butter. Very happy with the blade, make sure you wear leather gloves and a face mask.

I purchased this blade to cut the corrugated metal that I was using in my outdoor kitchen. It blazed through the metal like cutting though butter. This is my first diablo blade that I purchased and own. I bought this blade based upon the reviews. If I ever need another blade, it'll be a diablo!

I mounted the blade on a Skilsaw worm drive magnesium saw to cut some spare 24 gauge (not 26 gauge) commercial/industrial metal roofing like what is installed on my house, garage, and garden shed. After the destructive snow storm of Feb/Mar 2019 - when my standby generator wouldn’t start - I decided to build a shelter for the generator, which is hard-wired and behind the garage. I wanted the roofing to match up with the seamed roofing on the garage - and relatively smooth cuts were desired. I also built a small wooden setup to place the 16’ roof panels on to measure and cut them. While one wouldn’t want to run a finger down the cut metal edges after sawing (I quickly filed, sanded and painted the edges [with the spray can of matching paint the contractor gave me] to mitigate rusting]), the cuts were straight and surprisingly ‘clean’ - and the blade cut relatively easy. *Observe basic safety rules for sawing, and use a transparent face protector to guard against micro bits of sawn metal*
