After reading a few reviews, both bad and good, I decided to purchase this sprayer. My husband, who does plumbing work, installed it and we are so happy with it! We love the variety of spray features, especially the hair rinsing spray. Although there were reviews complaining about dripping, so far ours seems to be working excellently. We love it.

Needed a "polished brass", hand-held shower head ... Delta® offered a simple, and elegant solution to compliment Italian Cremona marble. Wanted a brand-name fixture too for quality and reliability. You get what you pay for.

I love this shower head and hose! At first I was not too happy with the water saving feature, but I had someone help me remove the water restrictor and now it is perfect - makes a huge difference when you do that.

Relatively easy to find the part and simple order and shipping process

I am very disappointed in this Handheld shower set. After about 8 months, the sprays have either stopped working or little flow. I have had other Delta faucets in the past and no isssues which is why I bought this one at a plumbing store ( not a box store) .

Color was as expected. But the wand is very long and yet is adjustable to avoid overspray.

I’ve had this fixture for a little over a year ago. About a month ago it started dropping from the mount, hitting me on the head, back, shoulder.

Water flow rate is very low. Clients complained, had to attempt to modify. Very frustrating.

Good value and good quality at a fair price.

I bought this shower head after trying the similarly-priced square-headed Kohler model, which did not work well for me. This Delta model does work for me and is more sturdily built than the Kohler. I like the metal hose, which hangs nicely. I could do without all of the different spray settings, as there is not much difference between some them. Also, water still dribbles out when using the the shut-off setting, but that is a minor problem. I find that, for my piping, the long handle puts the head higher than I would like, but I can live with that. Overall, I feel that this shower head is a good value for the price.

Easy to install, replaced an older model, works great although water pressure is less, but ok.

Was so glad to find this in polished brass, but disappointed that the water flow is so weak.

Love the selections, especially the one for washing hair. It is heavy duty, and one should take care as to not drop it.

It was easy to install but the water conserving valve in it makes the flow weak. I would not recommend it if you do not have very strong water pressure.
