Product works OK except spout is loose. I am trying to tighten it but it is difficult. Instructions were to install handles first then spout. I was going to install spout first (in between handles) and work out, but opted to follow instructions. Once handles are in they are in the way of trying to put a wrench on the spout to tighten the nut which secures the spout. If the spout had set screws underneath like the handles that would also have helped. But if I had done what I thought and installed the spout first instead of following instructions, then I would have had room to throw the wrench handle to tighten the nut.

The faucet looks great but how is the homeowner supposed to get the limescale off the spout? I don’t want to disassemble the faucet every time.

I was very disappointed because the various items needed in this faucet set came in different gold tones even though they were all ordered in champagne bronze. I returned it and did not reorder through Home Depot.

It is a beautiful faucet, but it didn't work for me. My plumber could not install it because the piece going through the tile was too short (only 1 1/2 inches), but I returned it to Home Depot with no problems and reordered a different faucet.

We love the look of this faucet with the cross-style handles. The handles leave plenty of space for a soap dispenser on a pedestal sink.

Installed straightforward and easily. Quality and workmanship very good. Hefty and solid feel. Installed two sets the same day. One set hot side leaked when shut off. But cleared up in a day. Maybe a seat or seal in that one needed to settle in. No problems at all since.

Spent a lot of time looking for a simple, sleek, elegant faucet without breaking the bank...found it!

The faucet looks fantastic with the four prong handles. The collection looks great together in the bathroom. The quality is quite obvious the first time you use it.
