Works incredibly well - worth the money
I purchase two other shower heads first by Moen (my mistake). Should have just spent the money from the start. This is a great shower head. Great pressure. Hose is metal and flexible. No plastic coating to "eventually" stretch out. Solid quality.

Great pressure. My only thought on the product is that it would be great to get 2 times the pressure when using both sprayers. When you use the 2nd sprayer along with the primary, the first sprayer pressure goes down. Otherwise using the primary sprayer is awesome. Using them independently gives great pressure.

This was exactly what we expected. We have children and...
This was exactly what we expected. We have children and adults from 4' to 6.5' tall using the showers. The rain can works especially well for the taller adults and the hand held assists the shorter ones in rinsing. Using them combined is like a spa. it was easy to install. I really like the lever for changing between the rain can and the hand held as well as the magnetic dock for the hand held.

Needed a combo rainhead and handheld that would fit on my existing showerhead spout - without doing any pipe replacements behind the wall. This combo works great! I've been using it for ~2-weeks and the rainhead and handheld are both great. However, if you're on the short side, you may have trouble reaching the little lever to switch between rainhead and handheld - it's high up. I'm 5'5" and can reach it no problem. But anyone under 5' may not be able to reach it.
