Difficult to install using provided template. Cheap piece doesn't hook together correctly. Returning.

It accentuates our bathroom very nicely and is very functional.

Didn't think I'd leave a review on a TP holder, but I love this thing. My boyfriend and I both agree its the easiest TP holder we've ever seen. Its awesome that you just swing the end up to change the TP and put it back down. Using the old spring loaded versions was a small hassle that you'd avoid if you were running late or in the middle of the night. But this is so easy you don't even think about it.

It was very easy to install. I like the design and it made it very easy to remove the old toilet paper and install the new one

This is a hight quality product with an updated way to open and close the holder to put the toilet paper roll on. Extremely pleased.

Would easily be 5 if they included a more rigid cardboard template instead of the flimsy paper which makes it unnecessarily harder to level and get flat on wall.

Easy to install

I have done a lot of installations and building in our home, but I had trouble (as several other reviewers did) getting the bracket to hold the device tightly. I tried several techniques (these were suggested by other reviewers, the instructions were not much help). I had some success to hook up to one of the brackets tight enough -- but there are two brackets, each one presented its own difficulties, and eventually I gave up, it should not be that complicated to simply hang a toilet paper holder. I returned the product to the store. I had purchased several towel hooks from the same line, I returned them too, anticipating similar problems. When I returned these items to the store, I went to the display setup in the store. Their demo item was installed in a very solid fashion to a backboard that was about 1 inch thick wood. That may have helped -- my installation was on wallboard wall--maybe that is a possible problem.

It doesn't stay firmly because there's no set screw b/w a bracket and holder. In addition, even a hook is not well designed, so it doesn't fit to a bracket perfectly. I will return it.

Easy install, highly recommend

We like it a lot. But it is a bit long.

I was replacing a holder with a single attachment and you just slide the paper on it. It never worked well, so I looked for a replacement and picked this delta holder. it was very easy to install. The bracket on the left side fit with the existing holes, & with the templet the second bracket was very easy to locate. After installing the brackets the unit slides on very easy. it is very easy to use and looks great.

Very nice and sturdy and of course easy to refill toilet rolls.

The bar is too long.

I think the quality is very nice. My "installer" did not care for the mounting brackets, because we were going over a previous bar and had to do a little patching and painting.Everything looks great in the bathroom

I had to buy this to replace an identical one which fell apart less than two years after purchase. I like the look, but thought it should have a longer life in use than that.
