The finish will begin to bubble if water comes into contact with the paint. Please see attached pictures. Manufacturer claims that it is water resistant; however, the water damage appeared only after 4 weeks of light use in a guest bathroom. I’m currently communicating with the customer service at Design Elements and will update my review.

I shopped long & hard looking for a quality Bathroom vanity. This vanity is solid wood & shows great craftsmanship. It shipped direct to me & arrived in perfect condition. The top is beautiful & the soft close drawers make it an attractive piece of furniture. I highly recommend this brand!

Very nice quality, very attractive. Fits toilet paper rolls in drawers, drawers are soft close, but are hard to pull open. The packaging was excellent and arrived without a blemish. The only assembly was to screw on the legs. Just the right size for my powder room, I am very happy with this purchase.

Solid wood!!! Not only is this vanity solid wood, but it has soft close drawers. The top drawer if for decoration in only because of the sink. The bottom two drawers have a built-in opening for the plumbing, but still have plenty of room. The vanity came completely assembled except needing to screw in the legs. I changed the drawer pulls to match my other bathroom fixtures. I purchased another one for my other bathroom. Great value for the quality. I also added some backsplashes to protect the walls from my kids.

I did read some reviews regarding peeling paint and bubbling, but bought this product anyway. After less than a year, got Delimitation everywhere. No matter how you keep everything dry, it will eventually happen.

DO NOT BUY for use in a bathroom with running water - any contact with water will dissolve the drawer fronts. Any positive review for this item was written prior to the item coming into contact with water or is not genuine.

I bought this vanity for a bathroom renovation. Now, after less than 2 years of use, the material on the drawer fronts is bubbling very obviously due to contact with water. We don’t soak this thing - just normal use of a sink in a bathroom with kids. I would expect a bathroom vanity to hold up for many years, and this is a major disappointment. We will have to replace it with something not made of cheap materials.

I liked the vanity a lot however I am returning it because the sink has to go on an outside wall of my house and the way the studs line up it would require rerouting the plumbing and changing a stud which I don’t want to do. I wish the space in the drawers was bigger to house the plumbing.

This vanity is absolutely beautiful and seems to be well constructed, so I was very disappointed to find that it was a very shiny jet black and not the espresso color to match the rest of my bathroom, will have to return. Is specifically says in the description that it is in the brown color family so I was very surprised.

I had to return the first one i purchased becasue the botton drawer was defective and wouls not close. The second one came in perfect and looks great!

It is very elegant and pretty. My plomer had a hard time installing it

This is a quality piece. I am so glad I special ordered it even though I could not see it in person. It is real wood, solid construction drawers and a beautiful substantial counter and sink. I highly recommend to spend a little more and receive a lot more on quality.

Pleasantly surprised to find it had adjustable feet! Loving it!

Great quality and style for the money.

The bottom door drawer did not open at all. The pull was defective. We had to rip it out and now we are looking for a new pair of pulls. We didn’t return it because our contractor was coming immediately and we didn’t have the luxury of time. Very disappointed.

exactly what we wanted. Love that it's real wood and that the drawers have soft close feature.

Unfortunately the vanity I ordered came with hot glue stuck around the sink and the vanity itself. Very noticeable and unable to conceal it or remove it. Also their color "espresso" is pure black. I was very confused when I got a black vanity!

This vanity was perfect on our remodel. Impressed with the quality and look in person.

Seems well built but the channel for the drain is very narrow and may not fit the water values. There are no instructions for removing the drawers, which yiu will need to do to install the vanity. Look through the q

High quality vanity! Love everything about it.

Beautiful and we'll made. Solid wood. Installing the plumbing was a bit of a pain because of the drawers. But now that it's in I can't be happier! The drawers offer way more storage than I anticipated.
