Beautiful piece of machinery to own, operate and show off…!!!

Bought my riding mower and this bagger a year ago. Out of the box 1 clip on it was broken. Been a little over a year and all the clips holding the top of the bagger onto the metal housing all broke. It’s made of all plastic and terribly designed. For the cost the quality isn’t there. It’s a needed accessory but the quality needs to be massively improved.

This bagger works great !!

I bought this item to bag leafs in the fall and it turned my mower into a fire pit. This is not designed to handle leafs (not sure what this is intended to do) and will set your mower on fire if you collect leafs as it overheats the engine causing failure. The worst part is nonexistent customer service that won't stand behind the product. If you're trying not to get injured, killed and/or avoid a law suit, don't buy this thing, try another brand or collect it manually.

Premium Suction, easily assembled. Easy to take off. Suction Vortex can be seen from tube and window.

First of the bagging system itself seems too heavy for the design and it keeps coming off the hinges. Secondly it spews everything out of the front right of the mower nothing is even going into the bag at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleared lots of leaves on my wooded acre. Good performance. I've not used it to bag grass. The blades (CC mulch kit) seem to kick a lot of the discharge from under the front right side of the deck, requiring another pass or requiring you to be mindful of your passes. The left latch on the bagger lid is also balky, hangs up. That's my only complaints. Assembly & use is straightforward, though. I recommend it for leaves on a 1/2 -1 ac lot. I'm sure it could do bigger.

Easy to assemble and easy to empty

Well for a start I didn’t really expected it to arrive in pieces with a manual for me to put it together. While it has some nice features compared to my 20 year old mower, the parts are of lighter gauge then yesterday’s model. The bagger in particular is made of thinner bits of plastic and more of them held together by clips and a big pin which is also the hinge. My old one was molded in one piece. The steel bracket all things from should have been one piece instead I’m bolting it together with wing nuts. I like the tight turning radius, plenty of power. LED headlights and its Easy to get in and out of. Not wild about an all plastic choke and throttle control. Battery seems undersized to my eye but it starts fine.

... the collecting pipe clogs too easily and needs to be removed and cleaned out especially in slightly damp conditions. The window gets very dirty very quickly so is next to useless. Had mine for about five years now so it lasts pretty well and the bags are in great condition.

I saw the 26169 bad reviews but I thought that everyone was just being too rough. but they were all right. I spend more time unclogging this bagger than I do cutting my yard. for those first 5 minutes it works it's great. but once it clogs it's just pointless to keep trying. I just got done cutting my yard that takes less than 60 minutes. this is 6th time using bagger. it took me 120 minutes to do my yard due to fooling with bagger.

The stylish and sleek look to the bagger receives a thumbs up. I like that you can see what goes in the bagger and also how full it gets at the top of the cover.

If you read the low score reviews, you discovered people complaining that the entire assembly is low-quality, does not fit together, the bags do not fill, the bagger leaks throwing grass and dust all over you, the chute clogs easily, the bags do not fill, and the chute material is too thin. EVERY one of those complaints are BOGUS!!! I installed the bagger on 3/25/2022 inside of 30 minutes & it is highly recommended. The complainers suffer from "operator error."

I've had the tractor/bagger for 1.5 seasons now and I'm finally posting my review. My initial impression wasn't very good (after 2 months), and I'm sad to say it isn't much better now. The tractor itself is fantastic but the bagger isn't. The clips to secure the lid over the bags is difficult to use. You basically have to use both hands on each clip to open it. The seals/gaskets on the lid disappeared after a few uses and when I called the store they told me they don't have seals. They do have seals because I reattached one of them in the first month only for both of them to come off and (I assume) go out with the grass. I could live with these problems as an inconvenience. What gets the 2 stars is the bagger sends most of the grass into the bag but a lot of it comes out from underneath towards the right wheel. So not only am I trying to 'recapture" the clippings by running over the grass again but I'm getting pelted with it at times too. If you want to mow through leaves in the Fall (because it beats raking) you might as well assume you are not going to get those leaves no matter how many times you run over it. Very frustrating. I think that if they had another piece of metal there to act as a shield or reflector it would probably fix the problem but I am not an engineer. Apparently neither is the people that designed it, or at least they designed it without putting into a real life situation. If they had done that they would have known it was an issue. I do like the overall design with the chute sliding off instead of taking it apart in pieces like my last two bagging systems, but the issues I have mentioned far offset what I do like. I would still buy the tractor (LT42) but not the bagger. My last comment is directed to the reviewer who says we must be baboons to not like the bagger - you were incentivized to leave a review, I am not. There is no reason to insult people for an honest opinion just because it is different then yours, especially when it wasn't paid for.

My leaves ate always driving me crazy, but this year I have an advantage that will allow me to win the war! In the spring and summer I will be the champion in the well manicured yard competition.

Giving this 2 stars. Works but my first use the bags have already torn away at the seam.

I installed mine and noticed the same thing only to find a gap in the front between the bagger attachment and deck. I pop riveted a piece of plastic to the inside to cover the gap. I hope it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my walk behind blower i have a fairly long drive way it used to take my about 3 hours with the snowblower now it take maybe a hour if its heavy. I had to put different tires on the mower and chains for heavier snow but works great i even use it to plow our ice rink.

What an absolute piece of JUNK! If you are cutting grass longer than 1/100 of an inch, this piece of JUNK is going to CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG, CLOG.......Oh, did I mention it CLOGS! (AND YES I HAVE THE CORRECT BLADES) Now that I'm over the clogging let's bash the quality........................I haven't owned this piece of JUNK a year and I had to tape the corrugated tube twice because it ripped open! Save you money......this thing sucks!

When it works it is awesome, but it clogs up super easy and fast, and you will never know until you actually check the bags. I prefer to use it as a leaf sucker.

One of the clips broke in the back on the tbird time i used it. Clogs up super easily. Dry grass, dew covered grass, high blades, low blade, you name it, it just clogs up no matter what.

The bagging unit is a much needed addition to our Cub…the lawn has never looked better as the days of “haymaking” are over. My only reservation is that I usually need to dump both bags before they are full…otherwise jams occur. Don’t fret the sight glass and hose becoming gunked up to the point where you can’t see what’s happening-after the first five minutes they were completely smeared. Just give a reach back and check the bags.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was easy. Easy to remove when bagger is not needed. Mounting bracket allows you to use hitch for other attatchments with out removing the entire bracket.

this is a strong and sturdy machine. I would recommend the purchase of this cub cadet. Their reputation of a solid manufacture shows up with this model.

Purchased this last month. Install was simple enough. Used twice. I noticed right away the plastic latches that hold the lid down are not hinged in any way and require you to put pressure on the plastic to unlock each side. Well yesterday one broke off completely. Now I'm stuck trying to think of a way to get the lid to stay down and not blow clippings everywhere. Unacceptable on a 1 month old product that is over $300.

Purchased this about a month ago for mowing around my garden so that I do not blow grass into it. It was easy to set up and does the job but the plastic in the lower part of the blower cracked. I'm upset and after paying $370.00 when it was all done you think it would have been made a little better. It crack near the pin were you insert in the deck. Please see pictures. I am very careful of my equipment and understand the function. Was just blown away by this.

This bagger is not worth the cost. The bags are tearing away from the plastic frame and the flexible grass tube is splitting along a seam. This is after just one season with fewer than 60 hour of use. This equipment is garage kept I'm disgusted.
