bought item, but no item in the box. would be nice to have contact info for these mishaps. HD tells me to contact vendor or dispute with UPS. UPS tells me to contact shipper but nowhere is the any dispute option or contact info for vendor

Easy to install.

Perfect for the completion of my new water tank installation. This product is easy to install, took about 5 minutes with measuring and cutting to length with tin snips, snugged with a medium size adjustable wrench and was done. And the price and availability is just right.

It is good. The barcode sticker was a real, royal pain to remove and get the glue off. I didn't want the large sticker staring me in the face. Other than that it does the job.

Worked as expected. Replaced a copper unit. Flexible.

The seal between the fitting and the tube started leaking within a few days of installation.

I installed this part with pipe dope and 2 days later it leaked just testing the new pressure release valve for a second or two. It wasn't worth the gas to return it so I threw it away.

This part installed nicely and is working great.

I searched for dip tube and dip tube was displayed in the drop down menu, click on it and it brings you here to a DISCHARGE pipe and not a dip tube. A question in the Q&A section asked if this could be used as a dip tube and the answer was definitely NOT. Had to rate it, gave it one star for being misleading. It may be perfectly fine as a discharge pipe.

well designed for the intended purpose

The tube is high quality and installed easily. The length was long enough so I could trim it to the length needed.

the 2nd one i bought was better than the first one i bought, the first one had bad threads and would not screw in and i don't have the recieipt
