Mostly purchased due to change in law regarding gas trimmers

Love it! Easy to handle. Wish it had a metal loop to connect a shoulder strap, but it is pretty ergonomic.

This trimmer provides smooth and powerful performance. It cuts easily and seems to grip the grass and weeds and tear them up. It can cut small grass to medium sized grass and weeds. I always forget to grease the flexible drive cable and will do so this time at least yearly. This trimmer has a little less power than my Stihl fs131r but is more easy to control acceleration while trimming. Vibration is not present right now like on my 7 year old echo srm230 I used to have. Maybe because I never greased the drive cable. I think performance stays more consistent on echo as years go by than the 4mix valve adjusting engines. Remember to add ethanol treatment to your fuel mix and your equipment should last as long as if you were using the expensive premixed aluminum cans.

Worked like a charm, made light work of the fence line and the weed wacker is light so not a lot of shoulder/arm fatigue..Excellent product

Why I waited so long before I would buy this chain saw, is beyond me. The echo? is top notch. ?
