Having made the switch to a single bowl sink has been a great move for our family. Large enough to hold a meals dirty dishes. It manages our messes well. At 8 inches deep it could be a littler deeper to prevent splashing water outside, other than that, it is worth the price. The sink arrived well packaged and protected in box. With this being a top mount sink the rim that rest on top of the counter is surprising shallow keeping a clean look and still allowed for a fast and easy install with the included fasteners that clamp the sink to the underside of the counter. On the outside of the sink are rubber pads that are glued to each side to help deaden the sound like a heavier gauge sink and preventing it from ringing when silverware are dropped in it.

If you are in the market for a drop in sink, you may as well consider going with a single basic style sink to hold all those dishes! There are few people that wash dishes by hand any more with the coming of the dishwasher, so adding a single basin sink may make more sense. This sink didn't come with a basket strainer or any kind of flange, but most people will probably install a garbage disposal with it. The sink comes pre-drilled with four holes for mounting the faucet, sprayer, soap dispenser, etc. It's a traditional drop in and under mount with screw in paws. It can transform a kitchens appearance, but it is not so deep it probably won't affect the rest of the plumbing underneath!

Of course there is an INSTALLATION GUIDE similarly attached. And, of particular interest is the USE AND CARE MANUAL which warns of the effects of chlorides upon stainless steel. In short, chlorides promote intergranular stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in austenitic (300-series) stainless steel alloys. And while it is a lesser problem below 150 F service temperatures, immersion in some cleaning products and prolonged exposure to their vapors (including storing them in under-the-sink (poorly ventilated) base cabinets) can promote a chemical attack to the sink material. One does need to purchase a drain adapter and strainer basket to complement this sink. An Elkay bottom protection grid is recommended to prevent scratches and dings. These are made of attractive stainless steel with gentle plastic feet. They create a convenient air space (like a dish drainer) for drying dishes in an otherwise empty sink and serve as a coarse strainer making disposing peels, cores and husks easy when prepping fruits and vegetables.

I am in the process of building a new garage and wanted a good sink that would be small enough and sturdy enough to hold up to my mechanic and woodworking hobbies. This one will do nicely. Since it’s going in my garage I only needed a 1 hole sink. The 20 gauge thickness will hold up well and since it’s only 25” wide and 21 1/4” long it will fit well. The bowl is almost 7” deep and has a nice shine that will be easy to clean. It came with mounting hardware that will be easily installed in the cabinet of my choosing. Happy with the sink for sure.

It is much easier in a single tub type sink, rather than a two bay type sink This is a well made stainless steel sink that looks great and is sturdy and easy top clean. A top mount sink has a finished edge or rim and is installed or mounted on the top of your counter. So it is ideal for a replacement, top mount sinks can be removed and installed without damaging countertops. Color: Stainless Steel.

This is not the highest quality stainless....only 20 gauge so it is a less expensive option than a lower grade. Yes, this is normal for many home, but a lower gauge is better. The sink is nice.... no flaws, and an easy install. Comes with the standard 3 holes... nice looking basic drop in sink.... wish it was thicker, as I do think it may have issues with the shaking of the garbage disposal.

The sink does not come with a template, which would be a nice addition in the future. The sink has adequate sound insulation, which makes for a bit more quiet experience at the sink. Great tradition stainless steel sink. The sink has 3 holes for your traditional faucet layout. The sink has the sink hole in the middle of the sink. The sink is top mounted so not an under mount sink. The sink is your traditional 13 inches deep. The sink also has the built in lip that allows any over flow of water spill back down the sink. I would definitely recommend this sink.

This is a really nice sink from Elkay. It is a deep single sink with one hole for installing a faucet. The sink comes with the clips for installation. Above counter sinks are easy to install and do not require exact cutouts requiring finishing of the cut edges. This sink does not include insulation to allow the water in the sink to maintain temperature for extended periods and deaden any noises. the metal is thick and is resistant to dents from dropping objects. Stainless steel resists staining and is easy to clean out.

The Elkay Pergola 20 gauge single bowl sink measures 25" wide including the skirt. The roomy 9.125" deep bowl measures 15.75" X 21", allowing you to easily wash pots and pans. I like the five sound dampening pads on the underside of the sink which reduce noise; and the rim around the edge of the bowl which will help keep the water contained as well as being decorative. The round drain opening is 3 1/2" and in the center of the bowl which will make hooking up to plumbing easier. There is only one faucet hole but I was planning to buy one of the single handle, pull down faucets which are popular today so that's perfect. Elkay provides a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. This sink is made in the USA! All in all, this is a well-made good looking sink.

So I decided to upgrade my kitchen sink from a two compartment sink to this stainless steel single bowl sink, drop in style. I am awaiting on my installer to unhook the water lines and disposal so the unit can be installed. I love how deep the sink is, just the perfect size. I wanted one of these because it is large enough where I can place a full size fry pan or baking dish inside without it tilted. This is a nice size and phenomenal quality materials. The sink is very sturdy yet lightweight. This will be a keeper for sure. I love it.

Remember to consider the gauge when choosing your stainless steel sink. The lower the number, the more resistant it will be to denting. For example, an 18-gauge sink is more dent-resistant than a 20-gauge sink but this one is great for everyday use. The U-channel mounting system will make this easier for our plumber to install because the mounting clips can be placed inside the channel before dropping the sink into place. The bowl is plenty deep and it has sound-deadening properties built in. I prefer having three holes because I like to have the faucet and two soap dispensers (one for dishwashing liquid and one for hand soap).

This is a three hole sink and it will certainly accommodate my new faucet. No disappointment in this great sink by Elkay.

This sink is an ideal size and look for our office kitchen. It's an average consumer grade which puts it at the low end of Elkay's more sophisticated offerings. But it's price competitive with lesser brands and a decent value, The 20 gauge thickness is unimpressive and although not tinny sounding, it will not resist dents and damage that the thicker 18 gauge standard would. Installation is straightforward with plenty of room to install within a 30" sink base. The big plusses to this model are the attractive deck styling and the 9" bowl depth, which makes all the difference in everyday sink use.

It is a single bowl sink with a single hole for mounting a faucet. If your faucet requires multiple holes for mounting there are other 3 and 4 hole models available. The drain is located in the middle of the sink and the sink comes with the mounting clips. It did not come with a basket strainer, instructions or a cutout template. If you are not replacing a existing sink you can turn the sink upside down and trace around the outside edge and then draw another line approx. 1/2" from that outside line and use that line and a jig saw to make the cutout. I do suggest Elkay begins to add a cutout template to aid the DIY installers. The next drawback is it is only 20 gauge and seems kind of flimsy and there was 1 small sound deadening pad on the bottom which in my opinion did almost nothing. Honestly I expected better quality from Elkay.

At $150 this Pergola 20-gauge stainless steel 25 inch drop in kitchen sink is a great bargain. Comes with three sink holes to fit almost any kind of faucet and has a really nice brushed stainless steel finish. One problem I did encounter is a very small dent that is more noticeable on the underside but is an indication to me of poor Quality Control at the factory. Other than that this is a quality sink that would make any kitchen look really nice and updated.

This is a nice looking single-hole kitchen sink - although I was thinking of using it as a utility sink. I would like a much deeper version for the utility sink though. The sound deadening looks weak, but I will admit it does seem to work. Still, I think they could have spared a little more material for sound deadening. It's a heavy enough gauge steel, and has a good feel to it. I dinged it 1 star for the limited sound deadening, and I think it would have been nice to include the drain assembly - with that, I would give it 5-stars.

The instructions are provided for a new install on how to cut out the counter top. My case was moving a vanity and adding the new Elkay sink into the already made hole. You start of by caulking around the edge to prevent water from going under the sink lip and providing addition support by not allowing the sink to move. Clips and screws are provided to secure the clips under the sink. The one I selected had three holes for hot, cold and the water faucet. I used a single faucet and a cover plate to hide the other two holes. I should get years of service out of the Elkay sink.

This Elkay stainless steel 33 inch double kitchen sink is a high quality piece. We used it as a utility sink in our the laundry room becasue it's just a touch more stylish than the regular square design. The compact design gives more work space in a small area. It's a drop in sink, so it's a bit of a challenge to install for the average DIYer, but with patience, strong measuring skills, and the right tools it can be done. Smooth surface; easy to clean, 9 inches deep; 3 centered holes; optional bottom grids.

It's designed and built well with with a heavier gauge steel and features an upscale satin stainless finish. This sink is the standard 33" X 22" size, so will fit most kitchen applications. It comes with a basic Elkay brand single handle faucet with separate sprayer in chrome finish, but we decided to upgrade to a different brand high-arc style faucet with pull-down spout. Installation is fairly easy utilizing the included easy to tighten brackets that slide into the rim under the sink edge. (Our biggest challenge was removing the old sink as it had rusted some around the attachment brackets and it fit the opening tightly.) This sink without too much effort, slid into the existing opening-be sure to use a bead of clear silicone caulk under the rim when installing.)

This 2 bowl stainless steel sink/faucet bundle is what I would consider a medium grade sink, faucet, and sprayer. It isn't high end but will work great in a rental property or in an office space etc. where you don't want to invest a lot of money. Made of 20 gauge stainless steel it will hold up well. I like that this sink has a flat bottom as I would never purchase a curved bottom sink, they are a terrible design idea! This sink comes with the drains (2) and a faucet and sprayer to make a complete, quick set up. The mounting clips make this sink easy to install. Minimum cabinet opening is 36 inches. Large capacity 8.87 inch deep bowls are great for soaking and washing dishes. Also has sound deadening pads to reduce vibration and that drum banging sound of lesser quality sinks. Overall this is a good quality sink, basic faucet, and sprayer set and good bang for the buck purchase.
