Great product but shipping was horrible

The fireplace was just what I wanted and cant be any happier with it. But the shipping was the worst it said it was going to be here on friday and didnt show up tell the following friday. Not impressed ups.

Attractive but not effective

I was hoping that the fireplace would provide some heat but it is very poor for heating. If I force the heat feature to come on it stays on for a very short time and it will not come on by itself.
