We love our new RoboVac ! This review is for the EUFY brand "Pet Edition". We have used this now for a couple of weeks and find it does a great job of keeping our hardwood floors dirt and pet hair free in between mopping. It is relatively quiet and once you get used to it you can go about your normal routine while the Robovac does its' thing. it picks up a lot of pet hair and climbs onto our rugs easily. I can't speak to the Bluetooth and other programable features because we use ours manually. One thing I do is pick it up and set it near the charger before I hit "home", otherwise it takes it too long to dock.

I have always had an iRobot Roomba Robot Vacuum but my current one was on its way out and I didn't want to drop the money on the newest model so I did some looking around and found this Robot Vacuum. I have to say, it compares nicely to my Roomba. The Eufy connects to WiFi, so I can start and stop it from anywhere, update the firmware on the bot, and get notified when it gets stuck somewhere. It runs for up to 100 minutes which is great. I do have to empty the bin halfway through the cleaning cycle though (lots of pet hair). It is supper quiet, even when it increases the suction to max. It is roughly the same size as a Roomba; the brush opening is a little smaller and the bin is about the same size. It has 2 side brushes compared to the Roomba's 1 which helps push the debris and stuff towards the main bristles. The only con I have is with the avoidance system on the Eufy. On the Roomba, there are virtual walls which emit an infrared signal. With the Eufy, if you want it to avoid an area, you have to tape down a strip (think its magnetic) which is inconvenient and unsightly. Overall, the Eufy Robovac 11C Pet Edition meets my expectations and cleans as well as, if not better than, my older Roomba. Definitely happy with this unit. Used 5 days a week to clean 6 avg size rooms. Clean the bin daily for best suction. Pickup cords before running. SUPER QUIET!

The little guy does really well with supervision. However I've recieved multiple updates saying that he is stuck or pinned. In terms of dog hair, it is a monster and we cant believe it finds that much hair after every clean. I like it and would recommend.

Does a good job but gets tangled under legs or other small obstacles fairly often. Certainly runs for a long time.

The vacuum cleaner was easy to set up, as well with the app to control what the vacuum is doing. It sometimes gets stuck under the sofa, but overall, it picks up most of the fur balls from my dog... eventually. It seldom finds its way back to the charger(no big deal). What i would like to see is a spare canister to swap out the dirty one (since its my job to clean it). Overall im satisfied.

I’m amazed at how much this picks up as far as cat hair. It does the trick - just needs to be emptied before you run it. And watch any cords, seems to get hung up on those.

I would recommend this for anyone that has a lot of flat flooring with no high carpets and no cords touching the floor. In my home we have floor lamps and other cords that the device is constantly getting tangled in. Also, it seems to repeat the same areas over and over so I think they need to tweak their obstacle avoidance algorithms to be a little more randomized.

I have used a Roomba for a number of years. Wasn’t sure how this unit would measure up. It is amazing!!! Does an incredible job on our hardwood and also the area carpets. Great purchase!!!!

Wow... I’m only sorry that I didn’t get this sooner. It works great. Once you get up all the hanging tassels and curtain strings off the floor and up out of the way so she can do her thing, you will love her as I do...Thank You...

Works well with occasional minor hangups at changes in wood floor heights

Very pleased with the purchase, I have a pomeranian/chihuahua who sheds everywhere, finds all the hair and dirt. The Eufy RoboVac works great, it does seem to get struck in one room more than others. Also, make sure all laces and cords are not in its path,it will find them.

This unit is very impressive. Operation was simple from the beginning. Downloaded the app and my Eufy cleaned for hrs effortlessly. Excellent purchase

Works better than expected, would recommend this product!

I expectd it to vacuum better. I have flooring throughout my home with exception of 3 bedroom. Does not always go home to its base when I use my remote control. Ok, but think it could be better.

Works well but battery life is not very long (30 minutes).

Worked really well! Shocked at how much dust it picked up from my carpet! I don’t have a pet so can’t comment on how well it picks up pet hair, but worked great in my bedroom and bathroom for picking up human hair!

Seems to get stuck quite easily. I was surprised it doesn't tell me when the bin is full. However, it does clean the floor well. Emptying the bin is a bit fiddly, the foam filter is not firmly located in place.

Easy to set up connected to Alexa works good

Very sturdy and simple to use vacuum. It has an attractive case and is simple to empty. Only complaint would be that it tends to clean the same space too frequently at times. Great at picking up pet hair.

Might have given a 5-star rating but only used it 5-6 times.Thus far, it works as well as I had hoped.
