The only I could find in this size but it is a fixed and you can not adjust the angles of the flow

I decided to replace some of the thin metal return grilles with the divider in the middle to see if it would reduce a little noise. These are definitely better quality, but they also stick out a little farther from the wall. thicker. The screw holes line up perfectly with the ones they replaced, but unfortunately the outside of the grille is slightly narrower so these don’t fully cover the area of the old grille leaving some unpainted drywall showing. My furnace blower runs slower in the winter, so I’m not sure how much these will help with noise yet. I may wind up swapping the old ones back to avoid repainting. These seem good quality, but are pretty expensive for what they are.

This more open, return-air grille stopped the vibrations and noise associated with contractor-installed return air grills that had smaller openings and were divided into 2 sections.

This product displayed is not the same as the description. It should be 20 in x 8 in, what is shown is almost square.

more flimsy than I'd expected, but it got the job done. Greatly improved air circulation. You can see straight into it though, so if you're installing at eye level it's not a good option.

My house is 50 years old. And this product was almost right on.

Creates a harmonic noise due to vibration from the velocity of the air intakes. The grill needs to be designed with more rigid metal to create enough stiffness to avoid the harmonic vibration.

no nicks fits perfectly, the air flow is great. I will be back for more. everything I get at home depot I have been satisfied with.

GREAT & Sturdy Air Grille. Just very pricey (worth it, if you want to spend the money).

I used two of these as closet return vents, as the door was too tight. Grill has a lip on the inside that nicely fits in the sheetrock cutout. Well built and durable. It is fixed and not adjustable. Looks very nice and solved the problem.

Does not resemble the picture closely. The louvers are large, continuous across the entire width, and fairly far apart. Assume this will allow easier air passage, but somewhat worried about my kids inserting items into the vents. Screws don't provide much grip - recommend using ratchet instead.
