[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 25+yr old gas cooktop was a mess, stained and not all the ignitors worked so I had to light them with a lighter. I LOVE MY NEW COOKTOP. All burners ignite quickly and with 5 burners I can cook up a storm! I was a little concerned that 5 burners on a 30" cooktop would be too tight to actually use simultaneously but layout of the burners works fine. I also love that the burners have a range of BTUs so I can use different burners depending on what I am cooking. Do happy with this purchase.

Burner control is very nice for a mid level cooktop. Burner configuration works well with larger pans. Overall nice cooktop at a good price point.

This gas stove top is built very well . The grates are strong and sturdy. To clean the stainless steel top there is a solution that is included in the package. This cleaner directions include cleaning along the grain of the stainless steel. This is new information that was very useful to know how to maintain the stove top. The burners emit even flame. I like this stove top and recommend it.

I love this stove. Quick and even heating, with the ability to control just the right amount of heat for the size of the pot or pan, having 4 burner sizes to choose from. Also looks great and is very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stovetop looks great in my kitchen and works great. I love the placement of the burners with the simmer in the back. The knobs allow me to get the exact flame size that I need. The knobs in the front instead of on the side give me 6" more of counter space, I am really happy that I chose this model. it works perfectly for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I bought this cooktop. It was easy to install. The five burner options are a dream. Clean up is easy and the cooktop looks absolutely great in my kitchen!

I purchased this cooktop to replace an "ancient (1967)" gas cooktop which was original to the house. While remodeling the kitchen I began looking for an up to date replacement. Looked at several options and read a lot of reviews. I finally went with my kitchen contractor to an appliance outlet where we found this model at a great price. I've been using it since January, and so far am very pleased with this choice. I find the controls easy to use, the lowest flames perfect for most cooking. Cleaning has been a breeze so far, as I clean it up each morning from previous days use. I use ordinary window/surface cleaner to wipe up all spills from stainless pan and iron grates. The stainless surface is easy, as there are no sharp edges and soil is simple to wipe away with soft cloth and the cleaning solution. During our remodeling I had been confined to using the microwave oven for much of my meal preparation. Since there are just we two (senior citizens), it wasn't too difficult. Now find I do use the surface cook unit somewhat less than a normal family might. But it will be great to have available when holidays come around again.

Definitely an upgrade from my old cooktop, love the look and fifth burner!

There’s no definitive click or stop when you turn off or on the gas. It’s possible to brush up against knobs and accidentally turn knob enough that gas leaks. Also, it’s possible to turn off enough that flame goes off but still leaks gas. We’ve done this numerous times. Pretty dangerous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this cook top to replace one that inexplicably caught fire. My wife loves the layout of this new top. Cooking grates are very solid and the center burner is ideal for bigger stock pot, etc. Cooktop is very easy to clean unlike our old one. Installation was simple and straightforward. This unit is deeper than the old one so I had to modify the cabinet drawers but I was prepared for that. We installed a new Frigidaire Oven last year and have been very happy with the brand. Hope to get a good long life out of this unit, so far, so good.

The controls on the front really make sense, and the cooktop is so easy to clean. Good buy !!!!

The raised grates provide a nice cooking surface for all sizes of pots and pans which can be easily moved from burner to burner. The controls are smooth and the dimmer feature is wonderful. That’s new to us since we’ve been on electric cooking for a long time. It’s nice to get back on natural gas. This cooktop installed quickly (did it myself), but make sure your plumber reads the instructions before he attempts to hook up the gas line. Overall superb appliance.

This cooktop looks really nice and is attractively priced - and available in a reasonable timeframe. Mine arrived as scheduled and was delivered in a professional manner. I enlarged the cutout in my cabinet and installed the unit. Imagine my disappointment when the electric ignition didn't work! Frustrating calls to Home Depot helped me learn that I should have just called Frigidaire. A local repair shop replaced the defective ignition unit under warranty. So, now that the cooktop has been in operation for a month or two, I'm a little disappointed in the amount of heat from the burners. I was excited to have a large central burner to get a pot of pasta water to a quick boil, but I don't think it's any quicker than the burner on my old Amana. Overall, it works fine but isn't quite the upgrade I'd hoped for. Were it not for the defective ignition unit and the paint splatters on it (I guess they were painting at the factory) I would have given it an Average.

Easy install, outstanding quality, fit, and finish. AWESOME PRODUCT!
