First time using the spider drive and it was great. We replaced the old lag bolts on a cedar playground with these fastenMaster HeadLOK bolts using the SpiderDrive 8 point bits and they way more secure.

Works as advertised so far

Spent more on shipping than on the product. These should be carried in stores.

Ridiculously expensive for a couple bits. My fault for losing the bits that came with them in the first place.

I would have given these 4 stars because a HD employee in the tools aisle did not know they were a stocked item and he told me to look at an Autoparts store. Fortunately, I opened my Home Depot App and searched for 8-point star bits. I was directed to the aisle where the construction screws can be found. The only tool in that section it seems.

Great bits, lasted the whole job of putting up stockade fence. Would purchase again!!!

I am so thankful for this tool! It is oddly specific in nature and only works on a specific screw head. I’m very glad I took a picture of the head b4 hand to be able to match it up perfectly. So folks if you are like me in a weird pickle from something your handyman installed it helps in this case to have a picture because there is many sizes and shapes. Thank you Home Depot!.

It’s the only thing I could use

The bit works great, but I am still frustrated that HeadLOK can't use the same bit-style as other fasteners so that I do not need to buy and store yet another bit that I will only use occasionally.

Bought these last week too repair deck boards, they did a great job
