We tested out not rinsing our dishes and putting them in there very dirty and sure enough they came out clean as ever! So not only is it green by helping reduce the amount of water used to clean the dishes, it is also efficient!

This dishwasher was in our new manufactured home when we purchased it in 2020. It is black stainless steel and the finish on the handle is already coming off.

We noticed water on our kitchen floor after running it. The heating coil was touching the basin and melted a hole through the bottom of the it and the insulation around the outer wiring. This caused property damage and tons of loss. Less than a year old, and I still have the broken one a month+ later. Frigidaire is awful. Multiple people have hung up on me/promised to reach back out and not/didn’t start a case or provide me with any follow up info. Save yourself and do not buy from Frigidaire.

This is truly the worst product I’ve ever purchased. It does a terrible job of cleaning dishes right from the beginning. About every third time I run it, the detergent door doesn’t even open so after all the time spent waiting for the dishwasher to run a full cycle, I open it up to find the soap never even reached my dirty dishes. Now I just opened it up and the sprayer arm literally just fell off. I’ve only had it a few months. I’m furious. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER.

It took an hour and a half to run and the dishes were always wet and spotted. My new Frigidaire is quiet, efficient and leaves my dishes sparkling clean. All of my appliances are now Frigidaire!!

Dishwasher control board problem It's been 2 times happening !!! The touching key "start/cancel" didn't react. Now my dishwasher machine is still dead.... How would Frigidaire do ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your dishes still have food particles attached at the end of a cycle, be sure to have your water tested for hardness or other chemical imbalances. I thought it was the machine but the incoming well water here was to blame. Now it does a great job. It is fairly quiet and I only hear soft background sounds which aren’t offensive but still helps me sense when a load is finished. It’s simple to load, the flip away wine glass racks for the stems are good for open kitchen scissors or other odd shaped items. I love the sanitizing cycle, and the ability to use the top rack cycle when I’m in a hurry to have fresh, shiny coffee cups. The door is easy to open and close. This product was less expensive than many on the sales floor and I do recommend after spending some time with my own, physical “do I want to live with this one?” Motion activated analysis on the local sales floor. I feel that much more expensive models are nice, but for a single person or 2-3 people sharing the kitchen this one is a good fit. If you live in a place with “swamp” like humidity, and don’t take time to unload after the cycle is complete, leave the door propped open to let it air. Otherwise, if you forget, mold can develop inside.

I have to touch it to make sure it's going. ha Great so far........My talented husband put it in for us..no problems. Looks good in our all white kitchen and matches the other appliances great. Send me this review again in 3 years and we will see how it is doing. k

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Frigidaire at a local reliable appliance store so it came quick and in perfect condition. It is so much quieter than the original one I had in my house of 40 years. Also love not spending so much time washing dishes. I also feel more confident that my dishes are cleaner and more germ free.

horrible, cheap design. doesn't do a great job washing dishes. heating element is way to close to the bottom of the plastic tub. melted through the bottom of mine twice. now out of warranty so I it's on me to fix it. only 2 years old dish washer

Within 1 year of standard use (I take pride and care in my products), the orbit washer melted to the heat ring and my entire house smells like plastic. This toxic smell is a danger to my 8 month old. I followed all of the protocols and contacted frigidaire to have them tell me that this is not their issue. When searching now, It appears that all I see are people complaining about the same exact issue. Should be recalled and made right by the manufacturer.

There was no damage to the box, so it was probably something that happened on the manufacturer's end. Also, after I use it, there us water on the top of the part of the door that goes in the washer (see attached picture). I don't think that should happen, although it may be an effect of something being out of alignment because the leg is bent. Other than that, it seems to wash my dishes well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Frigidaire to replace one that was part of a kitchen remodel contractor bundle. I am so much happier with this one. It cleans well and is quiet. The cycles aren't overly long but perfect for the level of wash needs. I highly recommend Frigidaire. In fact I have a refrigerator in the garage from 1995 that runs like a charm.

Its not loud so we can watch a show while its going. the buttons are on top so small children don't see them to mess with them. the machine cleans the dishes very well but doesn't dry the top rack all the way so the dishes up there are a little wet sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this dishwasher. I am low vision/legally blind and the lettering is large enough for me to read the settings without assistance. This is one of the only dishwashers I found with this option that was in a good price point.

The dishwasher looks good. We have it in the location in the cabinets we are now getting ready to hook it up to water. I did notice it not have a flexible flange that other dishwashers have that go around the tub that presses against the cabinet so food & liquids don’t get behind the sides of the unit. The unit has a hard none flexing rim that has no forgiveness around the sides. The pic has the flange that I wish it had. So if you like that flex rim you may not be happy with this dishwasher

This dishwasher started off great…well that was short lived. The element is literally burning the bottom of the dishwasher I don’t even use it anymore because I’m afraid to catch my house on fire. And on top of that the element has already burned and melted 2 sprayer arms. I’m absolutely upset at the quality of this dishwasher and this dishwasher is barley a year old !!!
