Anyone else have the drainage issues not working after less than 2 years?

I can choose to run the 1 hour cycle for my lightly soiled dishes or use the regular cycle for the baked on messes. There is plenty of room to fill it, with a separate cage for utensils. The stainless steel matches my other appliances because they are all made by Fridgidaire. It runs quietly and it gets the job done! You could call me a fan of everything Fridgidaire!

I was searching for a simple, no bells & whistles model that was not only easy to use, but easy to program. And also one that got the job done. This model had great reviews & was on sale, so I made the purchase. I am extremely happy with my decision as this model is exactly what I was looking for & does the job spectacularly! Very satisfied all the way around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had not seen an all plastic tub before. Actually should last longer than enameled steel if it can take the heat of the drying cycle. Made the unit very light, and front heavy so the under counter attachment a must. The insulation blanket is pretty minimal so might need to add some batt insulation if a quieter install is required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great. However, whenever you put drinks and stuff on the door it lowers the door itself and causes the door to move down. I fixed it once but started doing it again. The water spout leaks a bit after you use it as well

Although it is only my wife and I now (Empty nest), we'd rather spend our time on other things besides having to hand wash and dry dishes. Now if it would only know how and where to put the dishes away once washed. Extremely easy for DIY to install. Excellent job cleaning and drying dishes.

The dishracks are not super durable, plastic wares out within a year, and can then lead to rusting.

This dishwasher was installed for less than 3 months. I have used it less than a dozen times in that time period. I basically wash the dishes before I put them in, so no food is really in the dishwasher. My dishes were having brown spots on them and discovered that the racks were already rusted on both the top and bottom of the dishwasher. Less than 3 months with very little use and they are rusted! I called Frigidaire's customer service and they said it was my fault that it rusted and they would not do a thing to fix it! I am not sure how I could use the dishwasher any differently, it is not rocket science. Load the dishes, put in the soap, push start, unload the dishes, etc. How is it my fault that the racks are faulty and rusty in such a short time? This purchase was a total waste of money and I am very disappointed in Frigidaire's response to my problem. I guess you get what you pay for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher stainless steel. I had the device a few months and noticed that the stainless steel isn't really stainless. After trying recommended products to try to clean the stainless steel the stains on the front remain. I would not buy this machine again don't recommend it now

This dishwasher pictured is 26 months old. 1 year and 2 months beyond Frigidaire's minimalist 1 year warranty. The parts you see pictured would cost me over $200 to repair if I purchase the parts from them as they are unwilling to accept any responsibility for poor craftmanship & workmanship. I certainly got a Friday afternoon unit. It's junk. It may be all part of their master plan to sell an additional warranty. Cheap unit made poorly, sell the warranty. Sad.

Purchased in 2021. Less than 2 years later, the handle is broken and the cheap plastic front has cracked to the point it’s nearly a slicing hazard, and buttons cracked and falling inside. Contacted Frigidaire who told us that the product was out of their 1 year window and to replace the part was $200. $200 part on a $500 machine. FAIL. If you’re gonna buy this dishwasher, buy an extended warranty, because this company doesn’t stand behind their products. Better yet, just avoid it. Run away

Not even 2 years old and the vinyl coating on the baskets are peeling and rusting. Bought tips, spent all day getting them on the rusted tines, but can't do anything about rusting basket itself. I thought it was just the tines, but when you flip the baskets over, the vinyl is peeling off and bottom is rusting. They should be ashamed to even sell this. Never buying Fridgeaire again. Causing damage to my dishes and pans. Cheap vinyl coating, could have at least used stainless coated vinyl.

We’ve had this dishwasher for about a year now and it started leaking and we have replaced all the seals that we googled and it also has a noise problem that sounds worse than my garage disposal!!!! I have to keep towels on the floor under the dishwasher and also in front of it and it doesn’t help, this thing leaks so bad that it is literally rotting out my floor and the bottom of my cabinets! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! It may be a great price BUT definitely not worth paying cheap because YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher trays both upper and lower start to peel and then rust and then pieces break off. It is not under warranty and can be replaced by purchasing a new tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand new dishwasher was put into my home during negotiations when I bought my house, so I have used it for less than 3 months. I thought the terrible qualities it has was just because it was new and just needed to be “broken in”. But no. Every time the dishwasher is ran and I open it, a huge wafting smell of burnt rubber fills the kitchen and every item has to be aired out on the counter to rid that smell as well before I can put away. Also, almost every item has terrible water marks on it after drying cycle. I have tried all cycles, different pods, adding vinegar, etc. which is ridiculous for a brand new machine. I mostly resort to washing dishes at this point. The ONLY good thing about this is it is a very quiet dishwasher.
