Overall dishwasher is good.

Frustrated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frigedaire dishwasher and sadly I regret this purchase.
Negatives: It doesnt dry as well as my last frigidaire. The racks are different and dont support my dinner plates, they collapse making it almost impossible to load. The plates pile together and dont get clean. The wine glass holders also don’t support my stemware. The auto start doesnt work.
Positives: it cleans well (when plates stay upright) and is very quiet.

Overall experience is good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet, which I love! Gets the dishes very clean and shiny. I've had a little problem with the upper rack dropping down on one side (when in the highest position), but I've resigned to keeping it in the lower position and it stays secure. I sort of wish it didn't take so long to run, but that isn't a deal breaker. Overall, it's a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes do get clean but often not dry. If you have deep bowls or dinnerware with a 'lip', this dishwasher not for you. The separators are very close together so I end up running the dishwasher more often than my previous one. Options to change how a cycle runs are also limited.

Poor Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top brackets that secure the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop snapped within 4 months of purchasing and now I keep getting error code 2 (drain blockage), but I've cleaned the filters, checked the drain and ensured the drain hose was not kinked, and it's still not functioning properly.

When we installed the item it was damaged where it had apparently been dropped. We didn't notice until we ran a practice cycle before loading with dishes. It had a code indicating water in pan. Frigidaire tech came out a couple days later and determined it couldn't be fixed. I called frigidaire a week later (when they didn't call me). They gave me a number to give home depot to make an exchange. Home Depot didn't recognize the number. I'm still without a dishwasher for over a month.

Just average
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced old Frigidaire with new unit. This model looks way better inside and out as far as looks. More features than my old unit. Seems they have cut some corners by going with smaller gauge wire on the dish racks and rack slides seem to be cheaper. Needs to be pushed in perfectly square with unit or it binds up. Seems to clean well though. Dishes are completely dry when removed.

Getting used to it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have discovered in the short time we have had this unit that washing normally soiled dishes requires the heavy cycle, rather than the normal cycle, to get dishes clean. After that epiphany, we are much more satisfied with the unit. I also feel the flatware tray is a bit of wasted space and doesn’t allow for taller glassware underneath.
