What is shown in the picture is completely wrong
This product is a perfect example of deception. The color shown in the picture is completely wrong. Not even close to what the actual product is. I have veerified this on high end monitors with top color fidelity. Next, the pattern shown in the picture is not possible with these shingles. GAF ans Home Depot should stop this fraud. I am stuck with the wrong roof.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the color of your shingles. It is difficult to reproduce the color clarity and actual color blends of these products online. Before selecting your color, we strongly recommend that you ask to see several full-size shingles. Thanks.

Stuck together

Hello, this product is a double-layer ridge cap, unlike typical ridge caps. Each shingle is a double-layer shingle which is not intended to be torn apart, as they are laminated together intentionally. Each bundle covers 20 lineal feet. There are 10 sheets per bundle, each with 3 double layer ridge caps per sheet. Hello, we're sorry for your experience, however, this product is made specifically for use with GAF shingles, in particular Slateline Royal Slate and Camelot II Royal Slate. Did you attempt to use them with other shingles? While we apologize for the difference in image versus actual product, if there was a mis-match on your roof, we'd like to know more. It is unbelievable how different the roof looks with quality shingles and a nice crisp line that the GAF Timbertex Ridge shingles gives it. Should have done it years ago....

The quality of the product is excellent, but the color...
The quality of the product is excellent, but the color was not at all as shown on the picture. The color was dark brown, almost black. We decided to keep the product due to the bulkiness and weight, as it would have been a big hassle to return it, but we were a bit disappointed that the color was not as advertised by looking at the picture.

Unhappy
These roof shingles did not seal even though the roof was done on a warm June day. The roof ridge shingles are frequently ripping and blowing off. I am very unhappy with this product.

Hello, TimberTex Tuscan Sunset is specifically blended to compliment GAF Woodland Tuscan Sunset Shingles. This combination is used regularly without issue. The TimberTex has three color drops to match the drops in the field shingles, typically "dark", "light" and "spill" or the average of the the light and dark. My biggest issue was the way that it was shipped. It was 5 boxes on a pallet that you shipped via LTL (small semi truck)
I live in a remote area where this size of truck can not traverse.
Home Depot needs to verify best shipping method rather that using a standard.
This happens frequently.

Hi am VERY disappointed with the product in several ways.1. parts of tiles stuck to themselves and were impossible to separate.2. color variation was too wide -- not within the individual shingle, but from one to the next. 3. laid exactly, they were 16" short of 20'. had to get more.
