This is not the same size as my last GE...
This is not the same size as my last GE Convection/Microwave oven. I made the measurements of my last oven on the front and sides. In that the oven would fit and were the same. This oven is 1 1/2 inch deeper than the old one. Such a bummer because I really loved my old convection/microwave. My previous oven lasted 10 plus years. I had to return.

Beauty but cumbersome to operate
I do most of my cooking in a microwave so was very happy to add this to my kitchen remodel. It’s a beautiful product, easy to clean and cooks wonderfully, HOWEVER, the dial feature takes much longer than a keypad where you just enter the time you want. I still haven’t figured out how to cook for less than 30 seconds and usually hit ‘add 30 seconds’ and then turn the dial to get to the lower time I want or just wait out the time but sometimes that method overheats my food if I get distracted.

You are able to add more time or take time off the 30 second button. Expensive paper weight
I had this unit installed and the convection feature never worked properly. The temperature wouldn’t rise over 170-180 degrees when set on 350. After multiple service calls, GE replaced it for me. Guess what, that one didn’t work either, the display blinked, added extra letters and numbers, and the beep stopped all together. A few months after that the microwave function quit working and it’s out of warranty. This is the most expensive appliance that I own and it’s the worst appliance I own. I would much rather have a regular cheap microwave. This appliance would be amazing if it worked properly but it’s been a huge expensive headache instead.

It works but…
It gets the job done but the controls are a pain in the butt. I would not recommend the dial for setting time. If I had known this I would have bought something else

Huge amount of space inside
Great microwave, the only thing I don’t like is the dial to set the options and cook time. The cook time settings only are in 15 second intervals.

GE profile built in microwave
This microwave is top of the line. Doubt I’ll use my oven as it can reheat, fast cook, steam, defrost, bake, etc..Im amazed by all the features and how awesome this microwave performs. Best microwave ever!

Great for the Kitchen!
This is the best item any new kitchen could include. Needs to come with a cookbook explaining what each setting can be used for. The metal replacement for the glass cooking platter is apparently no longer available

Great microwave. Review part of promotion.
I do love this microwave. Very sleek design. I have not tried all the functions yet but I am looking forward to it. So far the only thing I would change is the lowest amount of time you can select, which is 15 seconds.

poor quality...again
3rd unit since 2006. First 2, the microwave stopped working and could not be fixed only replaced. This unit the control panel will start beeping well after use. Says to Insert Food. Lately the key pad will not respond at all. Push any button and nothing happens. For the amount of money this unit cost, not impressed.

Love the Smaller oven option
We upgraded to this appliance from a standard microwave. Primarily I wanted the option to heat up a smaller oven for baking and small meals. It works great, but was frustrated to realize you could not use rectangular pans. It only accommodates circles, used with the circle rack and the turning glass. Picture online shows a rectangular rack going across the middle, but this model really does not accommodate that. Unfortunately, that eliminates multiple purposes!

Good Product; Numerous Features; Expensive
This microwave oven has numerous features (program menu options) that we'll likely never use, but some people will value them. The microwaving is noisier when operating than I'd prefer. The clock doesn't display unless the door is opened, or if a control panel button is pressed, which I think is a design flaw. I feel that this product is overpriced, but we wanted to get a matching replacement for the GE Profile Advantium 120 that reached end-of-life, especially since it pretty closely matches the GE Profile oven we have that's installed below the microwave oven.
