Reheats food perfectly. Doesn’t seem to recook it like our old microwave. Modern look too. Perfect match to our other appliances.

I love the sleek look of this microwave over my range. I am looking forward to using all the features, such as the auto-sensor and everything else. I like how everything matches so well with the decor too.

Product works well so far I just got installed everything seems to work and heat up as expected

This GE profile microwave has more heating space and has an elegant look. I love the keypad at the bottom of the microwave. I purchased the microwave with a matching cooktop.

I love the way this microwave looks and it had good reviews. We have only had this microwave 4months and a random piece of the door broke off (it doesn’t affect the working) and now the filter door just fell off! I don’t get it…it’s two very random things. It’s only my husband and I and we don’t even use the microwave every day and it’s falling apart. I don’t know if I would purchase this model again. In the picture notice the filter door and on the door corner piece broken.

Very sleek and does the job. Excellent microwave. Large interior, has many options including presets for popcorn, steam, potatoes. Has a fan that will handle what the cook top has on it.

I bought this unit and the repair tech told me that the sensor/motor died after only 14 months. The door needs to be replaced and I made the mistake of not buying extended coverage so the repair cost is $450. The GE repair tech Leo is amazing and tried to get GE appliances to cover some of the cost but they would not. I will be buying a new microwave now. Make sure you buy extended if you like the looks and end up buying it.

Loved the microwave. It looks amazing but it failed after 14 months. It started shorting the breaker and now it is dead. I have a GE repair tech coming so will see what they say. I have had 2 GE microwaves since we built the house and they both were good for 7-8 years so this was a little disappointing.

Lasted for 2 years bad quality product will never buy again

We had a microwave with a handle on it over the range. The heat from the range warped the handle. The handle and facia of the door all needed replaced. So we decided to buy a new microwave instead. We bought a microwave with no handle, side opening. Looks fabulous. As you see, we are updating the kitchen. This microwave is definitely going to make the kitchen look 110% awesome!

Best microwave we have ever had, good looking and with no handle.

Bought this piece of appliance in April 2021, by November, the door starts to disintegrate, literally, see pictures. Each morning, we awake to find a fractured piece on the stove. It appears that the seams also leak. I am having 2nd thoughts about this appliance and worry that this is a new trend for GE. Our old appliance lasted 17 yrs; no problems.

Love our new microwave and the sleek design is a great improvement in our kitchen. It also syncs with our oven and the clocks, as well as lights turn on when burners turn on.

Great self installed. Easy and quick installation maybe 45 minutes. It’s just amazingly ng very quiet.

This Microwave is awesome, I like the sensor cooking feature, spaciousness and the overall craftsmanship and the finish of this microwave. Had to upgrade the whole kitchen from the microwave, stove and refrigerator to the washer and dryer so it will match up. Everything still in working condition except for the microwave, refrigerator and dryer. Had a really good experience with GE products.

The microwave works as expected no issues with performance. My only complaint is the front, especially the touch screen looks and feels cheap, however I did choose it so the alternatives were not much better.

Controls are easy to navigate and the door is so easy to open and close

Bought this model because we liked the look, and it does look great. Unfortunately, the components that distribute the microwaves failed after a month or two, making it unsafe to use. The stirrer motor and connected pieces completely melted, causing zapping sounds and eventually the smell of burnt plastic, and damaged surrounding parts of the microwave. Replaced the failed pieces and still not functioning properly. Extremely disappointed.

Love the look of it but was surprised that it had no racks, just a turntable. Would not have bought it if I had known.

Our microwave needs include pushing the +30 button and not much else. With that in mind this unit gets the job done. We are used to a traditional door and control panel setup, so we had to get used to this full width door. It still feels awkward navigating around the big door and only after shutting it, being able to address what button to push. Not unhappy, just still learning.

I’ve enjoyed my new GE Profile microwave very much. Pros: 1. The look of the appliance is attractive. 2. Instead of a handle on the front of the door the handle is on the right side. This is nice because where you grasps is not above the stove burner so it doesn’t get hot. 3. Turn table rotates every 10 seconds so whenever you place something towards the front it almost always ends at the front. Don’t have to reach to back to retrieve something this way. 4. The control buttons are intuitive and I was able to quickly understand and use. 5. Having a flat panel face is easy to clean. 6. The clock/display is clear and bright. Cons: 1. Buttons are too stiff. Have be careful to not over press to get function. 2. The GE logo on the front/top of door not cleanly installed. There is adhesive remit around the logo. 3. Grease filters on bottom (above stove) are not very secure. Really think this should be of better quality. All in all, I like this microwave/hood and would recommend it to others. I do think there is room for improvement.

I love the way is looks. It look fancy and modernize, have great fixtures.

First, it seems to have an electrical problem. It trips the breaker when I open the door. Only had it two years! Second, the touch scree panel is designed with grey font that is small and impossible to see. I had to add stickers to be able to know the location of the commonly used buttons (30 seconds; fan, light over stove, popcorn)

Immediately after the warranty expires this mic’s switches go, repeatedly trips the breaker then finally doesn’t work all together.
