[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely stunning piece! My wife and I love this faucet for our kitchen. It fits perfect and it is a very durable faucet. This will be an item I will recommend to my closest friends and family. You cannot go wrong with this!

The water flow is not as fast as I would have expected and the spray nozzle is a very thin spray was hoping it would fan out more .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful and easy to use. I had actually installed this in my laundry room sink which was a perfect addition and idea! We use that sink often for stains and washing items that we wouldn't normally so the ease of the pull down option worked amazing. Very heavy and detailed piece. For the use it is going to get I am very happy with this new addition!

Beautiful, modern looking, but it drips every time we turn the faucet off. This is wasting water! I would appreciate a response from Grohe. Thank you.

Plumber was unable to install because plastic thread kept popping. Had to return it.

I absolutely love my new faucet. It is the same style as my old faucet however Grohe has resigned it somewhat so it is less bulking and more sleek than the old model. Also, the sprayer is easier to use. I gave it a 4 star only because the one feature I do not like is the weight attached to the pull out sprayer under the sink which makes it pull back up into position on the faucet. It is bulky and awkward under the sink and keeps getting caught on the shut off valve. My old faucet had a built in spring system which was much better.

I like Grohe, and loved my ladylux purchased 13 years ago. Unfortunately that faucet leaked and damaged our wood floor. And despite replacing many parts supplied by Grohe we could not fix the issue and had to replace the whole faucet. The new faucet does not include the metal flexible hose and spring system that the former had. The weight system on the new model prevents the hose from being pulled out as much as I could before. This is a problem if you have a large kitchen sink. The Faucet functions fine except within a year the toggle switch between spray and stream malfunctioned. I am waiting for a replacement and Grohe customer service has been helpful. Unfortunately The first replacement parts sent were for my past model and I need to call back for other replacement parts. They are being sent but Grohe informed me that I could not mail back the unused replacement parts they originally sent me due to Covid. Huh??? This policy amounts to a complete waste of resources and is very disappointing.

The water comes out so smooth and so silent… installation was a breeze too. If I had to pick a bad thing maybe the nozzle doesn’t pull out quite far enough, a few more inches would have been nice but it’s sufficient.

Beautiful faucet! I love the sleekness and it operates so smoothly and quietly. Great flow rate as I’ve really noticed a difference from our prior faucet.

Perfect replacement for my ladylux purchased in 2004! Love the button for spray or flow. A+ pull down is wonderful. Love this faucet!

The fixture looks nice but if you have a 3 section sink the arc doesn't protrude far enough so water comes out at the inside , corner of the sink. The water flow was low, I have a well, due to the flow restrictor.

I wish I could give 5 stars. It is durable, good material, and flawless. However, the spout is short and close to the sink. It would splash water on the counter if I turn the water high.

GROHE has made a quality faucet here except for one thing ! The piece that attaches to the the faucet that has to be tightened up it's PLASTIC and threads are PLASTIC it simply will not tighten. My husband had to go back to HD and try to find a piece to replace it with that wasn't stripped out because when trying to tighten it ( being plastic?) well it wasn't hard to strip the threads ! Either the company put a wrong piece I with this high $ faucet or they cut corners on the wrong thing here! For amount paid this should've not been a plastic piece ! Heavy duty quality chrome faucet quality everything except ONE piece that without it you can not get the faucet tightened up enough ? What you say GROHE ?
