Just what we wanted but couldn’t find in the Home Depot local store. It complements well with our Gatco Latitude line of hardware. I recommend using a stronger drywall anchor than what comes with the product. It was a little loose when I used what came with it. Use a toggle bolt anchor or a med duty hollow wall anchor.

Spacing dimension to mount of each side of the holder is not stated. Need to mount each end wider than what would appear normal. If not, roll holder won't disengage without frustration. Had to remove one side and mount at a wider dimension which, in turn, required drywall patching. Also, anchors are poor, at best. Needed to provide my own that are appropriate for a permanent install.

The anchors used to attach the paper holder to the wall are difficult to use. They must be flush to the wall or the holder “rocks”. Hammering flush to the wall broke the anchor through the wall. Use only if there is wood or something solid to screw into. Or use a different type of anchor.

Installation instruction is not clear. Once it's installed, it's hard to change the tissue roll.

The entire Gatco Latitude II line of bathroom products is of high quality. I know this from the double towel bar I bought in 2013, and now I bought two of these double-post toilet paper holders. Very good finish. (I also bought the matching robe hook.) A handyman installed all three items. Looks much better than what I had before, which were another brand of single-post toilet paper holders and were coming loose from the wall.

So far so good, could have used some installation instructions! Ended up getting the mounting sets too close and had to redo it.

This is a heavy, well-made toilet paper holder. It looks great too!

I Purchased this paper holder around November and it is a beautiful piece. the only minus problem that it has is that it is a little wide for todays paper toilets roll but you could cut the spring a little bit and adjusted which is was we we did and looks beautiful
