The product itself is great. The hoops I had to jump though to get it were absolutely ridiculous. I eventually had to take it upon myself instead of relying on the store.

The generator itself seems to be ok. For manually operation....
The generator itself seems to be ok. For manually operation. But I am finding out that the customer service from the company is lacking big time. Am frustrated.
