Very nice toilet. I replaced a 1994 Kohler model due to age, etc. I love the low profile back compared to older toilets. It's quiet and it doesn't use a lot of water. I did not do the installation myself - I hired a plumber since Home Depot doesn't do the installs anymore. My plumber did not appear to have too much difficulty. Although THD will help you find a plumber, the plumbers don't work for THD so you might as well hire your own plumber. The condition of the toilet was mostly good except for a couple of nicks in the lid. Overall, I am very satisfied with this toilet.

Our previous unit constantly plugged up. These units are so good that this is actually our 2and one. Both are amazingly quiet. We couldn't be more impressed with both purchases and with the Home Depot. The design fits our bathroom perfectly.

Did not have use the brasscraft, but had the toilet installed ...love it..

Sleek but simple design, easy to install, pretty much plug-n-play. Very efficient and eco-friendly. Sad that the black version is $150 more than the white version.

Toilet was easy to put together and install. All parts were there and everything you need is in the box. Still don't understand why the biscuit color is over $100 dollars more than the white color, which we also purchased. Have had both toilets for a little over a month and both work well. Like the push button operation. Takes a while to get used to the lower water level compared to older toilets.

Good price, quality, and performing one piece toilet. Comes with everything you need to install with the exception of a waterline.

I bought this about a year ago and had them installed by a very reputable plumber. Fast forward to a year later. I CONTINUALLY fight a mildew ring on the inside at the water level. I am a very meticulous housekeeper and I have to clean it everyday, I get a black mildew ring at the water line. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I purchased this beautiful toilet online (see pic) for 2 reasons. #1~Wanted a 1pc toilet that was high efficiency dual flush 1.1 & 1.6 GPF. #2~I attend a house tour with a 1/2 bath like mine. So....I decided to splurge and go with black to coordinate with my new Home Depot espresso cabinet & apron sink online (see pic. Also purchased Home Depot’s espresso medicine cabinet with baskets at store (see pic). Going for a farmhouse look with a bit of drama. Only downside is....toilet looks clean all the time. I keep a tablet toilet cleaner in the tank (see pic) and regularly clean with baby wipes. For me, this was a great investment. Sometimes I just need to spoil myself. I did have my plumber install.....I'm getting lazy, although 1pc is easier than 2pc. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend.

We had just moved to another home when we bought 2 of these toilets. The first one we got at store it was white. They didn't have a bone one at the store. Install was easy,love single piece toilets. We have had the first one about 3 months now, and the second one in bone we put in about 6 weeks ago. We absolutely love the toilets. Definitely saving water. Our old toilets used 4.5 and 3.5 gals a flush. We had put one in old house I really like the single piece toilets. Anyway we think there great and the price is cheap. They do take up less wall space so u might need touch up paint.

Am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because of all the problems we had with this particular toilet, but overall we really love the style. First of all--it is heavy. Luckily an employee loaded it into out vehicle. It took 2 of us (60 somethings) and a dolly to get it into the house. Installing it was really only complicated by how heavy it was and needing 2 people to pick it up while a third person had to position the bolts and guide the toilet onto them (note to self--next time buy a 2 piece toilet). Once we turned on the water we noticed intermittent water leakage from the tank--occurring once every 2-3 minutes. We did the usual adjustments and then called Glacier Bay who sent us a new flushing mechanism. The new guts for the tank took 7 days to arrive and by this time we had thrown out the original box. Still the same leaking after installing the new flushing mechanism so we emptied the tank and took a close look at it. First of all the hole from the tank to the bowl was bored into the clay in a very asymmetric way--the platform angles a bit downwards near the edges and the right edge was about an inch from the outside of the platform and the left edge of the circle was 2 1/2 inches. Therefore--it was difficult to get the mechanism to sit on the hole so that there was no leaking. OK--after adjustments got that to sit securely, we were still getting intermittent mini-flushes. Then we found a leak from the tank into the space just behind the actual bowl. Glacier Bay suggested returning the toilet to Home Depot. We decided to try to find a solution so that we didn't have to uninstall this super heavy toilet, wrestle it into the back of our vehicle, and then walk into Home Depot with a toilet without it's original box. So--we siliconed the leaking area of the tank and so far after several days--no leaking! We still may have to return it, but we sure would like to avoid the hassle. The toilet is quiet and we love the "comfort" height.

It was just ready and easy to install, And it works great, I'm very happy with my investment.

The toilet is really "high efficiency" the low GPF clears all liquid and the high GPF clears all solid waste easily saving water. The toilet was easily installed and came with everything but seat and water line.

Very nice. All the guts preinstalled. Great powerful flush and the water saving pee flush. Only possible drawback is the cheap plastic toilet seat that is included.

The second one purchased. Cleans bowl well,very quiet and water efficient. Excellent price to quality ratio.

Its only okay. It's not great, as all these other reviewers will lead you to believe. You have to flush more than once for #2 streaks. If you are trying to decide between this one and the Jacuzzi Primo from the competitor, they are basically the same. I know because I bought them both, one does not flush better than the other. If you can afford to pay more for a better flushing toilet than you should, especially if you, or your family have regular bowel movements. If you only #2 once a week than this toilet will be fine for you :D The toilets I purchased are not defective, just poorly designed.

Love the color

The Glacier bay i piece toilet is GREAT. My wife loves the 1 piece tank because it is easy to keep clean, not like a 2 piece toilet and tank where dust and dirt get between the tank and toilet. I like the flushing capability. One flush all is gone. Glacier Bay customer service is GREAT. The tank cover had a small blemish on it. I called customer service and within 5 days I received a new lid.

I never thought I'd say this about a toilet, but I love it. The dual flush and the high efficiency is the best. If you have to flush before you get up; there's no back splash. The only con I have is the toilet seat keeps moving to the left when you sit on it. I've tighten it several times and and it still slides. Other than that the overall performance is fantastic. I would definitely buy another.

perfect fit and function

Our daughter flushed her toothbrush. I didn't realize this until I took the old toilet apart. Since I pulled the old toilet (and it was really old), I figured I may as well buy a new toilet. Easy to install product. The packaging it came in was spotty. Looks amazing and works well. Big fan of the black color. It does show water stains though.

I will buy this product again for another bathroom project. It is an awesome value for the price, could not be happier.

Only two minor issues kept this item from getting 5 stars. There were some factory settings in the flush valve that needed adjustment before it would work, and the seat screws are difficult to tighten due to the unusual screw head. Beyond that, this is a great toilet -- good looking as one-piece and the push-button replacing the old handle is a great touch plus you save water by using one-half flush for #1 or a full flush for #2.

Never thought I would be excited about a toilet! But with this one I am!!! Got it to replace the very short 14" (without seat) in my 1986 mobile home. Very slight difference in color from the tub but not much. Quickly installed by plumber and looks so nice. While changing the toilet I also replaced the original flooring in the bathroom updating the room. The toilet is comfortable, looks great and love the water saver flush feature even though I have a well and don't pay for water.

This toilet has changed my life! (we previously had an early 1980s model). Love the height, the comfort, the flush, the appearance, the installation, everything. One thing we sadly could not duplicate was the "Desert Sand" color of the old tub, a pinkish beige that does not exist anymore. Paid extra for the "bone" anyway, as it doesn't clash as much as white. Also, too bad this nice toilet has a plastic lid. I replaced with a wood, easy on-off lid from Bemis for less than $20, but again it was impossible to exactly match the Glacier Bay version of "bone," and it is not an exact fit either (lid is about 1/2 inch longer than bowl in front). Those are quibbles that probably no one notices but me.

THIS IS ONE GREAT TOILET. WORKS FLAWLESSLY. I BOUGHT IT TO REPLACE A FAULTY DUAL FLUSH 3 YEAR OLD TOILET IN MY HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS (THE TOILET THAT GETS USED THE MOST) AND TO MY SURPRISE NO PROBLEMS IN THE FIRST YEAR. I LIKED THIS TOILET SO MUCH I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AND PUT IT IN MY MASTER BATHROOM. GREAT JOB GLACIER BAY, I MAY HAVE TO BUY A THIRD TO REPLACE THE LAST TOILET IN THE HOUSE, IN MY KIDS BATHROOM.

We ordered this black toilet online. We were extremely happy with the online service and the pick up at our Redmond, Or store. Our home was built in 1933 and our goal for the renovation was to bring back its old glory. We worked the design of this beautiful powder-room around the smooth contours and color of the toilet itself. It went in easily and works and looks wonderful. Highly recommend this toilet and Home Depot for their great Customer Service.
