The handle was too big they didn’t even fit

no ,it is cheap plastic,should b metal reinforced,on inside ,it would have never broke in the first place,also homedepot should stock parts,that fit what they sell.it was correctly ordered from central islip store 2x,and both times was sent the wrong part,meantime ,there was no shower for a month.i was forced to buy the whole unit,aprx $ 75.00 instead of $5,i was given a discount ,but was not happy,Carolyn said she would mail me a refund,which i am still waiting for....also i was charged tax which was another mistake,i had a tax #

It’s a faucet handle replacement. If you are buying a replacement, you already know it works and have probably been using the original for years. The faucet sets are carried in store, these should be too. Replacement means broken faucet means no shower. A week is too long to wait.

Great product, but lousy experience... I got handle for a Glacial Bay shower. Knowing that to be a Home Depot product, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to pick up at the store. The Universal's at the store would not work either. So after two trips to store, I learned I had to order online.

Was the right part, but broke in center where it holds on to stem. Seems to be a problem at least with us. Gone through 3 in 2.5 yes since shower installed.

Was not happy with the product because he looked like they came with the hot and cold center piece and for the price that we paid it should have. I was not expecting only the acrylic handle. The picture of it was deceiving.

It was the right part that I need, I just hope you had it at the store. Thanks
