We love Gorilla products, so when I saw that they made a glue gun and glue sticks, I had to grab them. The glue has a working time of 45 seconds, which is great, unless you’re working on a vertical surface which was my case. My arms got tired holding stuff in place until it set. I couple times I let go too soon and the material would slide. I will saw I think that glue melted faster than other glue sticks. I felt like I was always reloading it. Other than how fast I felt it went through glue, I really like the products!

I love Gorilla Glue and these glue sticks work as well as the other forms of Gorilla Glue I have previously used. These can be used for delicate projects or for a stronger bond on wood, metal, plastic and glass. Because of the small size, the stick does get used quickly, so be sure to have additional sticks handy when you are working on your project. I used this to repair the plastic adjustment handle on a mini blind and on some metal siding on the outside of my house. It was easy to use and the bond set quickly, but not too quick.

The Groilla Mini Hot Glue sticks are a goof fit for most applications. They come in a convent size package of 30 and are of great size. The packaging is easily sealed for storage or transport. Their small size allows for rapidly heating. I find these smaller size sticks waste less. They are great for filling small screw holes and the hardened glue is easily drilled and can help solve a problem.

The Gorilla 4in mini hot glue sticks arrived with the Gorilla Glue Gun in a nice resealable package with the 30 count glue sticks. Sticks are easy to install in the glue gun and soften quickly, if on the high setting, quickly which is appreciated. I will use the low setting on the glue gun so that the glue comes out slowly and allows for placing items on material. Really like this glue gun and glue sticks!

So smooth and easy to use. Melts super easy when used with the gorilla glue gun. Glue starts cloudy, melts crystal clear but when it cools it goes cloudy again. Great fit small crafts and repairs around the house. Glad the back of the bag tells you what temp to use for which project. 30 sticks is a perfect amount to cover a few projects. I used two sticks just to write my message.

I got this glue for the wifey for her little projects to keep her out of my garage and it works. She has been making masks and adding that being bling to it. She likes to bedazzled the mask and give it that extra spark. She used to gun and glue to add little rhinestones and crystals so the masks aren't so bland. The glue so far is strong enough and the rhinestones haven't fallen off.

As I mentioned in my review of the Gorilla glue gun, this is the perfect match up for making small repairs. The glue works well on either the low or high setting on the glue gun. It is also the right consistency to allow you to move the part around before it hardens. I've had problems with the large guns and sticks dispensing too much glue without the ability to control the flow. Its great to put the piece on, hold it for a second or two and the piece stays in place. I also noticed that I didn't get and "strings" with this glue as with others. No trimming or trying to remove the strings from places they shouldn't have been.

According to the package these hot glue gun sticks provide a long term hold on hard to bond surfaces and are non-yellowing over time. Although the glue appears clear when hot coming out of the glue gun it does turn translucent, just like the glue sticks, when it cools off. However there doesn’t seem to be any color to it, it looks more like frosted glass. The sticks can be used in HI, LOW, and Dual Temperature glue guns and is able to withstand seasonal temperature changes, according to the package. I did not test this however. It says to use high temperature on things like metal, wood, glass and plastic, and low temperature on things like fabric, foam, jewelry and floral items. I did like that the glue does not have a yellow tint to it like most other glue sticks. That may or may not matter depending on what you’re using them for.

As a trim carpenter, I always glue my outside corners and usually use a high temp glue gun with big glue sticks. I was hoping that this Gorilla gun and glue sticks product would work for me because it had a high and low temp setting and it's Gorilla glue, right?? Unfortunately, the bond was only OK and did not hold like my bigger high temp glue gun on MDF baseboard. . It will be great for small craft projects but won't be bringing this one to the job site. It's comfortable to hold and heats up pretty quick. The 30 glue stick pack had a nice zip lock feature and offered a good quantity of glue sticks.

I really like this product because it is a strong bonding stick. I’m not sure if it’s the gun or the sticks themselves, but there’s very little drip when I do an application to bond something together. You got to work pretty quick with the stuff because it does state that it has a 45 second working time but it will solidify a little quicker than that. But all in all once in bonds it’s as tough as nails. The other nice feature is that it works with dual temp guns. Nicely done!

They measure the suggested 4 inch by 0.27 inch diameter sticks for use in this device. This item is listed as recommended for use both on the High temperature or Low temperature settings to securely bond desired materials. It is advertised to provide a strong bond compatible with metal, wood or glass (High Temp setting), and appropriate for use with leather, fabric, floral, foam or jewelry creations (Low Temp setting.) I selected this item to use with the GG Mini Dual Temp Glue Gun based on the low temperature range. The glue easily dispensed (waiting the 5 minute required warm up time) from the gun without excessive overflow or setting too quickly on the fabric appliques on which we were working. Once dried, the glue permitted some flexibility of the two fabric pieces we had bonded together. I recommend this glue type as a good choice for arts and crafts projects were the older type of glue which required higher temperatures to dispense, would always melt part of the synthetic fabrics were contact was made.

Very good packaging, it list temperature range for different materials to be glued. The bag is also re-sealable. Sticks are very clear with no yellow tint. So glue seems are not that visible if appearance is important. Also glue doesn't require high temperature to melt as with some other brands. When cured it stays flexible which is important if you use to glue wires to PCB. I used unbranded sticks before that had yellow tint and while they had slightly better adhesion cured glue continue to harden after sometime and tend to crack if exposed to vibration. This sticks have enough adhesion for RC airplane to hold wires to board and even with lower exterior temperatures they stay flex and glue seams don't harden or crack.

These glue sticks heat up pretty fast thanks to my Gorilla mini dual temp glue gun and flows well and cools to the touch in just a few minutes. For this review i wanted to repair something that I could glue together and also use the glue sticks as a filler, so I fixed my very old broom head which is just used with the dust pan. The plastic is brittle, but the glue sticks did what i set out to do. I would recommend this product for all of your home uses.

It's good, great for my projects, decent bulk price.
