Playset arrived 2 weeks later than the expected delivery date. We have a piece that is cracked that I have requested gorilla to replace and cannot get a response at all for nearly two weeks now. Very poor customer service.

Well made with attention to details & safety. It took my son-in-law 1 day to set up the swing set.

Overall I have had a good experience with this playlet, although assembly took 2 adults working few hours per day 4-5 days. Longer than expected. Main issue was that some parts were missing, i.e. we did not get the windows. Homedepot told us that we need to bring the full playlet in to get replacement, that was of course not possible. We call the manufacturer and they told us that they do not provide missing parts. At the end we do not have windows, what is a shame.

Took me about 7 hours. Pretty sturdy. I appreciate the simplicity even though it’s a couple hundred pieces lol. Plastic stakes in ground and not wooden. Love it

This set was easy to set up with two people, instructions were clear and easy to understand. Dont let the many steps discourage you. My grandson love this set and loves the swing.

I hired to have it put together, $375 pus tip $400. Best money I spent! Your Welcome ?

Overall im happy with this product. The framing is sturdy, they actually send you spare fasteners, they organize the pieces well so finding what you need is easy, the instructions are well written. My only disapointmemt (so far) is the flags are so cheaply made they are already falling apart 3 days since i put this together.

All the wood was good, plenty of spare hardware and very easy to follow instructions

The play set was delivered with no damages parts and was very well labeled. Even the hardware was well labeled! The instructions were hands down the best set of instructions I’ve ever used. The play set itself is wonderful. We have a 14 yo, 2.5 yo, and newborn. It was very important that all of them could play together on this set. In particular we were concerned with getting a swing set that could handle an adult height/weight so our 14 year old ++ could join the little kids on the swings. At 130lbs and 5’ 4” she easily swings on the set no issue or strain on the swing bar. Height wise getting into the club area is a challenge for her but swinging was our main concern. The set is solid and with maintenance via the staining I have no double it will last for all three kids.

Perfect for our two young grandsons (2 & 4 yrs). Came in 3 boxes from our local HD, fit easily in back of my truck. Took three easy 8 hour sessions to assemble; first 8 hours painting on the sealer beforehand, then 2 more sessions to assemble (would have gone faster without my little helpers). Highly recommend sorting out the bags of screws in advance. We easily swapped sides for the swing beam & rock wall. We added a picnic bench in place of sandbox. Glad we got the wood top.

This is a quality set. It took my husband and I three days to put it all together but man is it solid! My kids 2 and 6 love it!!

I've only had the play set up for a couple months now and the pictures show it all. The flags lasted one week. The tarp ripped 3 weeks in. HomeDepot won't let me show more than 6 photos but just about every board is already cracking/splitting. This will clearly not last 1 whole year (especially with Iowa weather), let alone the 10 years its supposed to be under warranty for. Definitely not worth the price at all.

At first the swingset seemed good. But we only had it up 2 wks when some wind blew it over & destroyed a lot of it. We had it staked & everything so I think there must be a flaw in the craftsmanship of this. None of our patio furniture or other things in our yard got damaged by the wind- just this. So I contacted customer service to get replacement pieces. It took over a month to finally get them and we had to pay almost half the price of the whole thing! Very unhappy with the customer service.

I like the swing set. And only reason for taking a star away is that the wood seems very soft, so not sure how it will hold up within the years to follow (between heat/cold, rain and snow).

I purchased this swing set and I am totally satisfied. I was skeptical at first because I have an almost 7 year old, and I wanted to purchase a swing-set that wouldn’t be too small for her to stand up in. My children are extremely happy as well. The set looks expensive and heavy duty. We love it!

Instructions very clear, material was in good condition and not banged up considering it shipped freight. Would recommend this to anyone getting a play set.

Set was great quality, everything pre drilled and instructions were fairly straightforward. Kids have been loving playing on it and the tube slide is a great addition to the standard slide.

The swingset came faster than the estimated time, so that was a nice surprise. Once we got all of the hardware organized building it was pretty easy, because the instructions were great. Took 2 adults probably about 12 hours total to put together over a weekend. The kids love it and the neighbors have complimented us on it.
