First, I paid for a 6-6.5 tree and got a hardly 5.5. It is so tiny and the entire top brand was broken off. The tree is so bare it hardly will hold an ornament and it was $100. What a joke. Avoid ordering a tree here at all costs.

Every year I go out and pick the tree on my own but this year I have no way of picking it up so I ordered it online to have it delivered. I feel like I made a mistake if I cut off the top of the tree which is very very crooked. It’s going to make the tree about 5.5 feet tall and those are cheaper. Overall the tree it is nice looking but at least make the top look nice and counted as 5.5 feet and not 6 1/2.. i will definitely be calling costumer service tk ge the difference of a 5.5 tree.

It doesn’t worth the price. Quality was so poor with no leafy. The top was the worst part. Never again.

After taking delivery of my advertised 6-6.5 foot tree, I immediately put it in the stand and filled the stand with water. The tree measured short of 6 feet and looked quite small, certainly far from the 6.5 feet I had hoped for. The description on the Home Depot web site claims it is "ready for a stand without the need for a fresh trunk cut." The description also claims "order contains 1 6ft to 7ft Fraser fir Christmas tree." Well having observed the tree's ability to drink water, I have to report that my tree did not drink any water and now I will need to remove the tree from the stand and put a fresh trunk cut on the tree. I'm sure glad we didn't start decorating it! With 37 days until Christmas surely the tree would be dropping needles without taking water. The tree was originally planned for delivery on 11/23 but was changed to 11/18 making it crucial to take water with a freshly cut trunk. Not that this is important but my freshly cut North Carolina Fraser fir was actually shipped from Alabama. If that is the case and my tree was cut in North Carolina, then shipped to Alabama prior to shipping to Michigan, it makes one wonder how long ago the tree was actually cut. I will not be returning the tree; chalk it up to a lesson learned! I will not be ordering next year's tree through an online sale. Definitely not worth the price we were charged for the tree,

Let me start off by saying that I ordered this tree bcs the Frasier fir was on back orderer. However, I was disappointed no freshness no Christmas tree smell. Honestly after paying $86 i would’ve hoped foe better quality, freshness, and fragrance.

I cannot believe someone thought this was an acceptable tree to send someone. What a disappointment. I really thought they would have some obligation to send a decent tree.

We ordered a 3 to 4ft tree. It came in a 6 ft. box. Don't really mind that it's scrawny and scruffy but when I went to Home Depot to get a tree stand they had a much fresher perky little trees without fake coloring and with a stand included for less money. Not fair.

The tree doesn’t have a strong smell. It’s beautiful and great for the price.

This was my very first time ordering a live Christmas tree. I ordered the 5' to 5'5" blue spruce one and I got exactly what the image has shown. I'm very happy with my order from home Depot. I ordered this tree for my 5 year old son to have this year. We both are very happy. Very few needle dropped on my floor except the ones that were already in the box. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We decided to get one of these online last minute. We ordered it I think roughly the 10th, and it arrived on the 23rd. Literally just before Christmas. Not a lot to say that most REAL Christmas tree consumers don't already know. You will need a stand to put this in. recommend the skirt on the bottom, cause it will shed a lot, and if on a smooth/hard flooring, it'll go everywhere. The tree itself came in a very long yet skinny box. Approx 10"x10"x7'. Was actually nice cause it was easier to get inside. Once removed from the box the branches naturally settled in maybe an hour or two. It was a very full tree. On one hand I would strongly recommend getting these in store so you can pick your favorite one and not wait on the shipping. On the other hand, the box made it very easy to get it inside without leaving a trail of pine needles everywhere. The 5ft tree was perfect for us. We don't want the giant tree that takes up a big chunk of the room. We wanted just enough to say "Christmas", and that's what we got.

I loved this little tree! I had never ordered a tree online before and was nervous it would arrive dry and misshapen. However this tree was in excellent condition! The branches quickly settled down and it was lovely and full. And it did not arrive dried out and the needles stayed green and did not shed! Truly, barely any needles dropped. I loved the Scotch Pine. I had never had this type of tree before and I really liked the thinner, longer needles. ANd the color was great. A very deep green with a slight bluish tinge. Really pretty and the size was so cute.

Pretty dark green fresh cut Christmas tree with little fragrance is great for those who love a cut tree but have allergy issues. Because of problems with allergies, we've been enjoying an artificial tree for several years. When I found this Black Hill Spruce that is supposed to be more allergy friendly, I thought we should give it a try, since fresh trees have been our favorites. The tree arrived in good shape and had some needles in the box, but the tree seemed pretty fresh. It had been sprayed with a colorant, but still looked good overall. The shape was very nice - no bare spots at all. We gave it a fresh cut and put it in fresh water. After 2 weeks it's still looking great! I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I was amazed at how nicely this little tree was shipped. It arrived in a very manageable box and was wrapped with some red string. There were relatively few loose needles in the bottom of the box, so the tree arrived in excellent condition. The branches and needles were soft and flexible. The tree slipped out of box with ease and opened-up nicely after the string was removed. My tree stand is very large and didn’t accommodate the narrow trunk, so I attached a stick across the bottom to keep it stable in the stand. After several days sitting in water, the tree still looks great! This is an interesting and very practical way to purchase a Christmas tree. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful tree

I have never done a mail order tree before. This was the first time and I wanted to see the difference in quality and freshness, National Plant Network 3 ft. to 4 ft. Freshly Cut Douglas Fir Real Christmas Tree was absolutely gorgeous! Fresh, full, and a beautiful color that I have never seen in a Douglas Fir. The only issue I had was it was not delivered until December 24th. which was my fault for placing the order so late. I will most definitely order, (earlier!) next year!

I wasn't sure what I would get when I ordered this live 3-4 foot tree. It came in a 4 ft tall box that was about 10" by 10" square. When I opened it the limbs on the tree was all tied up with a cord. I didn't think it could be much of a tree, but when we cut the cord off and shook the tree out it turned into a very nice looking tree. It could have been a little fuller but it was fine for a small decorated tree as you can see in the picture.

This was one of the worst looking trees I have ever seen. I would tell everyone to stay away it was way shorter that 6 feet and very sparse one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I put up a fake tree and put this crappy tree outside

Cute little tree that smells lovely. The needles are soft and not prickly. Great for small or tight spaces. I'm having a space problem myself this year and thought I would just do a tabletop tree. Well my sample was close to 6 ft tall. It measured approximately 5'6" after cutting off some of the top part that was crooked. It was otherwise fairly symmetrical all the way around, much better than expected. My tree is very slim. Many of the branches are sprite and green but can't handle heavier ornaments. The only thing I didn't like was the bottom was cut at an angle so doesn't easily set well on the bottom of my tree holder. The trunk bottom was also just a little too thin for our old metal tree stand. I made it work though. Just braced parts of the trunk with pieces of scrap wood. I would recommend getting a smaller tree stand. I got my tree so late and wasn't really prepared. But like I said, made it work. My tree is a little too tall for the table so I tucked it in front of the fireplace. (We don't use the fireplace much anyways.) My heavy Santa Ornament Collection I just spread out on the mantle. The tree is cute and was easy to string and decorate. Easy for the kids to reach and not scratchy. Smells so good. Would be great for a small studio or senior apartment, (or a tabletop tree if you have high enough ceilings.) pleasantly surprised.

I purchased this tree online, and had it shipped directly to my home. It was packaged well, and lost very few needles during shipping. Once I removed the rope that held it together, and fluffed it out a bit, this tree looked very good! I am impressed with how thick this tree is, and how well it looks after being shipped all the way to my house. The tree I received is just under 4 feet tall, and looks great all decorated with lights. I would recommend this tree. If possible, I'd recommend picking it up in person so you can pick out the one you like best, but I also had a good experience having a random one shipped directly to my house.

I purchased this tree online, and had it delivered to my house. The tree that arrived was just at 3 feet tall, but the first branches were probably 1 foot off the ground, and the tip of the tree was about 6-8 inches above the rest of the branches. So the area that had branches was relatively small, and it had several spots on the tree that were bare and very difficult to spread out to make it look nice. This could be a very good product, but my recommendation is to buy this in store and pick out your own tree. The tree I received did not look as I had hoped, and I was fairly disappointed with how it turned out. There are several good things to note though. The packaging was solid, and not very many needles fell off during the shipment. The tree was also very much still alive when it arrived, and looked very nice and green. If it was a bit thicker, it would've been a very nice Christmas tree.

The Cottage Hill Nursery 5-foot freshly-cut scotch pine Christmas tree took quite awhile to arrive so we had to set it up with only five days until Christmas. You will see in the photos that the lower branches are really bare even though the shape of the tree is good. It looks a little better once it was decorated but I was disappointed that the online photo showed a much better tree than the one we received. For the price, the value of the tree just isn't there. It is a great concept to have a live tree delivered to the house instead of having to tie it to the top of the car to get it home.

This tree is 6-feet tall. It has sturdy branches for hanging ornaments and lights. It has a pleasant fir aroma. Some needles fall off it. I cut one inch off the bottom of the trunk to open it up to accepting water – this is “optional” according to the instructions. Following the instructions, and knowing that we wanted to delay our tree’s drying out, we placed it in in a stand that holds over a gallon of water and watered it immediately. In the first 24 hours it absorbed most of a gallon of water. The branches were bound with some twine that we removed. We like its relatively narrow shape that doesn’t take much space in our family room. It holds easily several strings of lights. This is a sturdy, handsome, fragrant Christmas tree.

This live Christmas tree from National Plant network from North Carolina was my first ever tree that was not purchased locally. I knew I was taking a chance by not seeing the exact tree before accepting it. However, this tree was fantastic! It is a Fraser fir and was very fresh taking it out of the box. The tree branches were full and lush and it smelled great. It takes a few days for the branches to relax and spread out, since it was boxed for a few days. The tree was exactly five and a half feet tall including the trunk. Ordering a tree and having it delivered was so much easier than having to haul it home in the trunk of a sedan. Reasonably priced.

Wonderful tree that has great color and fragrance. Came packed in a well designed box with clear instructions. I put the tree up and you can tell that a lot of care went into shaping the tree but also keeping the character of the tree for the holidays. Branches dropped pretty quickly and over height is close to what was stated in the description. Came just in time for Christmas.

This is how I will buy a Xmas tree from now on. Why? Let me explain why. You order the size and style you want. It is cut, boxed, and shipped to you. It arrives in a couple of days, presumably for most, and then once you open the box you'll see why. The tree is freshly cut, and you can tell that because of the sap still oozing out of the base of the tree where it was cut. It was trimmed on the bottom to be able to fit your tree stand without any further accommodations. Then, when you let it fan out (it is netted in the box) you'll see the full beauty of this tree. Needles were not falling off and it wasn't giving the appearance of being dry and old. I could see where it shipped from and took 2 days to arrive. The name of this company suggests they have multiple places around the Country and if so, it would make sense why this was so fresh. If you do real trees for Xmas time, you'll want to give this one a try, I'm glad I did......it looks great, is super fresh, and will be able to stay up for awhile after Xmas.

This cut tree is a bit small, but then again what do you expect for 3 feet. The picture shows a tree stand - this tree does NOT come with a stand. You will need to have one ready in order to put it up in your home. Also be prepared to cut about a 2 inch section off the bottom to remove the seal on the bottom trunk. The branches are fresh and will drop down after a while inside

We never did this before but we got a live Christmas tree delivered to our front door by UPS. This was certainly the easiest way ever to get a Christmas tree. Now if you are really into trudging through the cold wet snow into the woods in the freezing cold and chopping down your own tree this obviously isn't for you. But if you want the easiest way to get that tree to celebrate The Season you really can't beat this. You don't have to cut the bottom, wrap it up, tie it to the roof of your car, get covered with sticky sap and drag it up the walk into the house in the cold and wet snow. Although you obviously can't select that perfectly shaped evergreen masterpiece yourself, someone else did it very well for us. The tree is straight and very well shaped all the way around. It looks really healthy and the branches are nicely full. It also smells great. It's a very nice looking tree. The only negative was that the top branch was broken in the box but with that branch the tree would have been 81" inches high. At the bottom of that branch, where it was broken and I cut the branch off, the tree was still 6 feet high. I also needed a thicker trunk section on which to place the star and it worked out great. So I have to say that this is the easiest way ever to get and enjoy a live Christmas tree and I highly recommend it. Merry Christmas!

This tree came very dry and started to fall the very next day , bid disappointment , not sure if it will last another week .

I couldn't have been more delighted with our tree when it arrived! It was perfectly shaped with no large gaps between the branches and smells delightful! The added convenience of having my tree delivered to right to the door made it a terrific value!

It didn’t get there until after Christmas. I was supposed to be credited because it was so late and kept being held within miles of my home. So far no credit!!
