Works well and gets lots of dirt out of our carpets.

I used this to clean some kitchen chairs that were stained. After 3 go throughs with the help of Oxy laundry spot cleaner, they look brand new

Never used a Hoover before but it worked as well as I expected for a small machine. I felt it could of had a little more suction power to help suck up the wetness from the cleaner solution and water. I had to refill it several times for a love seat recliner set that I had which was given to me. I found that the previous owner allowed the two dogs to get on it and they had accidents on it. The cleaner did get some of the smell up as well as old dry urine which can be smelled in high 80 to 90 degree temperatures. But its a hand me down. As for the product, not bad at all for its size. Easy to use, easy to figure out. I was told that I should have gotten a Bissell instead, but I will try it again later and see if I can get more out of the recliner.

This product is an excellent product for removing stains. I had a sick cat that was a problem often. This product was remarkable and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpeting. I also had a hand held machine that did the scrubbing. Both are excellent.

The machine was very easy to use. The directions were simple to follow. The spots in the carpet were removed with the help of the machine, and the solution that was included in the box. I bought an additional bottle of cleaner.

The rugs I cleaned look like brand new
