Bought this online because of its size and high customer rating. Never imagined a frig costing over $1300 wouldn't be able to hold a gallon of milk. The shelves can't adjust to fit & door shelves are too narrow. Shopping with a tape measure.

I bought this refrigerator May ,2020 and now September 2021 and is not cooling at all. Schedule service two weeks ago with Haier and said they will come today and now no one showed up and they rescheduled for the next 2 weeks. What a joke!

This fridge is everything I wanted, but the display is hard to see if it's not lit. Once you touch it and it lights up it's fine but hard to see the buttons if it doesn't.

Purchased this fridge May 2021 and has been in use for over 30 days. I Love this appliance! It’s a perfect size for a small kitchen. It’s extremely quiet. It’s nice looking, well configured, as it is only 15.0 cu ft. The door bins will hold up to 2- 2qt bottles ie oj, tea, milk, etc. Interior is not too deep, so you become very aware of what’s in your fridge. The 2 bottom freezers are deep. It really takes up very little space and perfect for a single or couple. Some concern about “fingerprint resistance” but it’s not a problem. Use damp cloth and dry microfiber side to side to remove smudges. My one concern: the one full size drawer for vegi’s, deli and/or cheese. Perhaps 2 separate drawers or divider in future models?

Love this refrigerator I wanted something that was counter-depth that didn't take up so much space in my tiny kitchen and this makes my kitchen feel so much larger!! It's stuffed with food as I'm having company come visit me and still I fit everything in it. I'm in love ❣️

I searched for a very long time for a specific size refrigerator the other ones I wanted have been out of stock for months. I eventually settled on this one mainly because it was available at the time. Overall it is a decent fridge and looks nice. The delivery drivers who set it up mentioned that it was plastic while tapping on the front door. Now with that information in my head I start to look at and feel the drawers/doors and I feel like it does seem like plastic.... or just a very cheap thin overlay of "stainless steel". I transferred everything over from my old 15 cubic foot fridge and it all fit fine. Two of the six door bins are deeper measuring 3.75" tall and the other four are only 2.5" tall. It takes a bit of pressure to close the left door and the stability of bottles in the shorter bins is questionable. I wish they all were the taller size, perhaps its something I can order. The freezer has good space and the doors pull open and close easily even when full. The bottom freezer drawer has a divider that can not be moved, wish it did, if I cant tetris my items in there properly I would just remove it. The removable plastic bins for the freezer are a nice touch. I will cross my fingers they are sturdy enough and don't crack or break over time. It takes a bit effort to remove them as its a tight space.

Faulty Product delivered. Looks are deceiving! It started to leak water within 24 hours of installation!

Finally a refrigerator with a small footprint but a normal height. I've been putting up with a comically short fridge since I bought my house, but I can't stand playing freezer tetris any longer. I've a small kitchen and my choice of refrigerators is limited. So many smaller fridges are needlessly short (hey fridge designers, most people are capable of standing upright in their kitchens no matter how small) This is a huge improvement for me, if i had a larger kitchen it would not be my first choice. I'd prefer more options with shelf height adjustments, and I'd rather have bought a fridge made in the USA but stock is limited because of Covid. Overall it's a wonderful option for a small kitchen.

I purchased all stainless steel appliances and could not get the sticky residue off the Haier dishwasher where they had a sticker with the energy rating. I used soap (Dawn) and water as directed but it would not come off. I had the same issue with the refrigerator doors as well. I contacted Haier/GE and the man directed me to use Bar Keepers cleanser. Huge mistake. The cleanser left scratches on both fronts of the appliances. We made a wet paste and went horizontally in the direction of the design. I now have two appliances with scratches that are only two months old. Haier/Consumer Relations is sending cleaners that 'might' help resolve the issue. I have had stainless steel appliances before and never had cleaning issues, which makes me question whether the fronts are Stainless Steel or brushed aluminum.

Very sleek and beautiful, lots of freezer space however, the refrigeration section is relatively small. The shelves are also not adjustable and the highest shelf (middle) is only about the length of a milk carton (box carton not bottle). As mentioned in another review a full sized Brita Water Mug cannot fit, I had to order a smaller mug that fit nicely in the door. I Must say though, this was the only two door fridge that met the dimensions of my space. If you live an an average NYC apt this will work however be prepared to minimize the amount of food that require refrigeration. I am otherwise happy with the purchase just wished it was a little bigger on the inside. I also love that I can see the temp on the outside but haven't yet figured out how to adjust it.

This refrigerator fit very nicely with its narrow width and shallow depth. Unfortunately, the unit emits immense amounts of heat from the side panels. We had to build an enclosure to control the heat.

This product is small and narrow, these are pluses. Unfortunately, the product emits immense amounts of heat from the side panels. Literally enough to scotch bare flesh. Completely unacceptable and pretty ridiculous. I had to put insulation on it.

The size of this refrigerator is perfect for us. We do not have a small home, but still like saving space in my kitchen. With a bigger refrigerator you can overbuy or hang on to things that you don’t need.

I love my new Haier French Door Refrigator it fits perfect in the space so quiet I can't hear it run. Being short it is perfect for me with the two freezer draws on the bottom. I can also see everything in the fridge part. I would recommend this refrigator to everyone but especially for those of us with limited space. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great look.... fit perfectly where I needed it to be. Very quite. This is my second haier fridge, I still have the first one that I bought 9 years ago.

This is a great fridge! It looks great and I love having the fridge completely at eye level. Ive noticed that having the produce drawer at that level makes me more likely to eat all of the produce! Weird that it can’t hold a gallon of milk on the shelves, (too tall), or in the door, (too narrow), but we’ve found a work around by using some glass pitchers from Ikea. My last fridge was a side by side, and I do miss that it was easier to organize the freezer, but I’m getting used to the drawers. I love the clean look of the glass front. The best part is that it fits the small space I have available without crowding.

I love my Haier! My first Haier was an under cabinet model which I've had since 2002 and it's still running fine, so I expect this will be just as reliable. It's just the right size for me and I love the glass... really nice looking and easy to keep clean.

This French door refrigerator is wonderful, it is hard to shut the doors,cause I love just looking how beautiful it is inside. The freezer drawers are great, I can see everything as soon as I open then . Thank you for making this just right for me and my tiny home.

Haire 28 in.W 15 cu. ft refrigerator by far has has the best and smart purchase I made. Fit great in the wall casing that’s was built for this appliance , looks elegant gave my small kitchen a whole new look. No more bending down to take things out and put groceries inside the refrigerator. The bottom freezer drawers slide out so easy and smooth. Love it. If you have a small kitchen and want to update this is the refrigerator to buy!!! You will be happy you did!!!

Love the French doors and the two freezer drawers on the bottom also very stylish... Would love more space in a refrigerator but it's perfect for the space for it to go. It's perfect.

Finally received my new refrigerator. I've had it for 4 days now. The first one delivered was badly damaged while in transport so I refused delivery of the unit. Second time around and a month after purchase a good one has arrived. Now I can finish the kitchen remodel. Love the size, look and style of this refrigerator! The LED lighting is very nice. Fits perfect in my space. The size does not over whelm and take over the kitchen - which is exactly what I was searching for. At 15 cu. ft. I think it holds a lot of food. No more loosing and forgetting about food in the back of the frig that was hard to see and get to with the older frig. When it is running it is very quiet. The digital adjustable temperature is a nice feature and has additional options for customizing. What I wish it had: lighting in the freezer drawers, easier to adjust leveling feet, door bins that aren't difficult to move - I've scratched the inside of the frig trying to adjust them because they are so hard to move. :( I wish Home Depot didn't make you buy a pex-line that is not needed since there is no auto ice making dispenser included with this refrigerator. Madding that they try and get money for things you don't need. It can't be refused when ordering online and now I have to make a bunch more phone calls and argue about a refund for that.

Installation was in an old triplex in a posh neighborhood. The appliances must look high-end but be cost effective. This Haier frig fit the bill and the location. It is tall but narrow and looks expensive. My complaints are not enough shelf adjustment heights in the main compartment. There are only 2 choices for the middle shelf and that is it. Also, no ice tray rack. Therefore the middle freezer drawer is wasted on ice making. The quick cool & freeze features work well. The frig is quiet enough. The french doors must be pushed closed, they do not just swing closed. I bought this item on sale which made it worth the purchase.
