I have written email and am waiting for reply. Do not assume installing the sun shields are as manual shows. Have to rework design. I would like money back!

The pergola was easy to assemble overall with three people. I did not include the back paneling, which definitely reduced the overall labor time. I've had this installed for about 18 months now and it still looks as great as the day it was installed. It's placed in a spot that gets quite a lot of wind and has remained outside through a Wisconsin winter. Overall, I've been very impressed.

The shades are rather hard to operate and become and issue in the wind and snow. It would be nice if you could easily remove the shades, so that when it starts snowing in the winter, you can protect from elements. I got a foot of snow on them and they all broke in a half in a weak point halway through the shades. the aluminum rod has a large hole drilled in it half way to fit the half way point support, and it pretty much takes all structural integrity out of the side rod. It is a bad design. The frame itself is rather well designed, but the roof panels make it worthless. Also, any wind will blow the panels right out of its space, as the lightweight construction makes the frame twist and turn in the wind.

Easy to assemble with 3 people. I did not do the back slats, so that probably made things easier. I’ve had it up for 3 weeks and it seems to be holding up well, even in severe storms (which there have been a lot of the last several weeks). And to top it all off, it looks great!

The parts for this are fairly well crafted and it is pretty easy to assemble, although the instructions could really stand to be a little bit clearer. Pay extra attention to where the shading and holes are drawn in the figures. Once assembled it’s fairly sturdy. I love the way it looks in my yard!

The pergola was simple enough to construct however we were slightly disappointed that some of the precut holes did not align correctly. The sliding shades provide excellent protection from the sun but keep in mind that rain water will collect on them (at least at first). So far, good purchase.

I love this pergola. It is sleek, seems to be sturdy. It is very time consuming to put together, it has over 100 screws. I would recommend at least 3 people to assemble, Also purchase the electric screwdriver bit to assemble, or your hands will be very sore. On part was damaged, and the customer service response was very good.I would definitely recommend.

The Pergola was delivered quickly. The delivery company called to make an appointment for delivery and was flexible in scheduling the date.The box was open on the end and the delivery company made a note of that in case there were any missing pieces. Luckily all of the pieces were included except for the hex wrench, which I don't think had anything to do with the open box. From the way it was packed I think it was just not included. I was able to assemble in about 3-4 hours, the back slat wall is the most time consuming part. It Is pretty sturdy once fully assembled, the roof provides great shade and you can feel the temp difference. It has only been up a couple of weeks, so how it holds up to the elements is yet to be determined.

Materials used not strong and measures not tight enough. Over 160 screws to connect various frames and beams also become labor intensive. You would need an automated tool with hex key head. But because some parts are thin, be careful not to over tighten and indent it. Let's see how it holds up.
