I had to return this kit because the back splash was 1/2” smaller then the counter top The reorder was the same way 1/2” smaller I cannot cut down the top and the Home Depot will not help same with Home Depot.com Very disappointed

You will need to use your own supplies for joining the miters. They do not line up - even though they are from the same supplier. Ridiculous

This is a nice looking countertop for laminate. I got the mitered because we needed it to go in a corner. I set up the saw horses and started trying to level. I got underneath to secure the toggle bolts and the factory routered places to attach them, didn't match up.

I am very pleased with how the countertop turned out. It was simple to cut and install on bathroom vanity with double sinks. I liked the look so much that I ordered the same color to be installed by Home Depot installers for my kitchen. I wasn't brave enough to tackle the island. I was suprised when the installer showed me all the possibilities. I was able to extend my bar one foot, get a higher backsplash piece and round the corners. Going with laminate save us 3000 too!

The item was delivered late (courier stated that the address was incomplete, even though we have used this address multiple times). They did not attempt delivery and did not communicate this proactively, as I had to query the status myself. They furthermore were unable to deliver within the specified timeslot. Very disappointing experience.

Warped and couldn’t get support parts in same color

The 4th time it was delivered, it finally arrived unbroken ( credited and replaced by Home Depot). Although it was slightly warped, it was usable. Other than that, it was fine and is now in place.

The countertop was so warped, I had to return it.

I ordered a 6 foot top and a 4 foot top the problem I have with both tops is that both tops are bowed.I had to use six claps on the four foot to attach the back splash to the top.The six foot top was bowed 1/2 inch end to end had to use eight claps to attach the back splash.The counter tops are very nice but they are so bowed and I dont know why they were stored on a flat surface until I installed them.Dont buy these tops I have worked with counter tops for many years and these are the worst I have ever worked with. Not sure how to pull the front edges down to the cabinets. Iam going to use l brackets to try and pull them down to the cabinets. DON'T BUY THESE TOPS.I THINK WHEN THEY MAKE THESE TOPS THEY HEAT THE LAMINATE TO WRAP THE EDGE AND THIS IS WHAT CAUSES THE BOW IN THE TOPS.ONCE AGAIN DONT BUY THESE TOPS.

I had to install a complete 90 deg corner so I bought a Left and Right miter countertop. The slots to bolt them together did not align so that was a huge deal to fix! The next issue was there was no instructions for mounting the backsplash! When I looked online at the manufactures website as well as HD I couldn't find the exact answers to my questions. When I called the manufacture all I got was the run around and then disconnected. These issues cost me to lose money on the Job! I will not be recommending this product or future products from the Manufacture.

as priviously montioned with other reviews, my product was also warped, but I did not need the entire length so was able to work with the imperfections.

beautiful laminate but it came warped now we got to figure out to fix it since we cut it and cant return this is shame.. why do they come warped? makes the job harder for installer ridiculous

Countertop was warped and is not 8 ft long as advertised (was 92 inches). Glue is like paper glue. Miter at seam edge was not plumb/90 degrees making for an open seam at the front of the countertop

Order a pair of these countertops First of all bothe the countertops and bseparate backsplash were warped. Backsplash was warped in both directions. When I went to install the right hand countertop I discovered that it was not eight feet long (was 92i inches. Backsplash was 97 inches). Glue is very runny and difficult to apply to edges . Very disappointed

Product was as described and matches my cabinets.
