Chairs are great! They are comfortble—bigger than I expected. Setup was easy.

Not sure yet if I like this. Looks great, easy to assemble but the seat is sagging down after just over a week of use. There is no support underneath the seats. Everyone who sat on these chairs was way below the maximum weight limit posted for these chairs. I will continue to monitor it and if it’s sagging more, I might have to contact the manufacturer.

I would highly recommend the Hampton Bay wicker chairs to anyone. The quality exceeded my expectations. They were easy to assemble, and just what I was looking for.

The reason for the 3 stars is the backs not being high enough with back cushions to match the seat cushions thickness. The ordering, shipping, picking up, and putting together all went great. We love the look of the chairs.
