The blinds are uneven and always slanted when on open position. Same issue with both blinds

Brackets not really strong enough to hold blind when pulling it down. We had to squeeze the bracket tighter to hold

I have ordered these shades three different times and all three times they’ve come in at the wrong sizes. All different sizes but none of the correct size that I ordered

These blinds arrived as advertised and fit my windows well. They were easy to install and work fine. I wish others in my order had fit and worked like these.

Fourth time ordered, fourth time wrong size sent. Very disappointing.

never received discount for buying 30. there is no availabilty of elongated 6 foot wand for higher hanging blinds.

Over a couple low weeks I piurchssed 30 blinds at various Home Depot locattions. The staff (Mary and Gilbert ) at the Coors location were especially helpful. It was also mentioned to me that if I purchased them in bulk that I would receive a discount -- but I purchased them at different times due to unavailability of blinds or special measurements. They have already attracted a lot f attention in the pool room where they are used. only complaint os far is that I cannot locate 12 at least 6 foot wands to be able to close higher blinds.

Ordered and returrned 4 separate times the 24.5" wide cut and each order was cut to 22.5". I ordered a 26.5" just to see if that was also cut 2" short to 24.5" but it sure enough arrived at the proper 26.5". No way to put notes online about the multiple incorrect sizes being shipped so it was just a merry go round of receiving wrong blinds then returning to store. Finally just ordered from blinds.com and correct cut came on first try. They need to check their stock of the 24.5" wide cuts.

The metal blades are super thin and light weight, may break very quickly!

Had them cut to size and they were perfect...easy installation

Blind is attractive and well made.
