This is a pricey squeegee compared to other choices and clearly a mistake to buy. The packaging was damaged and boxing obviously taped 'closed' by a 6-year old. Two pieces were inside with no packing and the critical mounting bracket/hardware was missing. Now I have to return it to the store and hunt for an in-stock replacement. It's a simple tool that was sadly processed by a simpleton. Come on Home Depot...really? Customer satisfaction bears out by the little things.

The recent California rains have been reeking havoc across the state. In my particular instance, water unfortunately pools outside on the concrete due to inadequate drainage. This forces me to constantly walk through puddles to get inside and out. The other problem is that dirt tends to also pool in the puddles. This means that when the puddle eventually dries, you have to walk through the dirt, which gets tracked inside. This squeegee from Harper is an excellent solution to both problems. With just a minute or two of work, i can push away all of the pooled water, creating a dry passage. The squeegee also moves the settled dirt with the water, solving two problems at once. The squeegee is not to heavy and is well built. The rubber is a good 1/4 inch thick, meaning it won't wear out against the concrete anytime soon. The head is reinforced with crossbars, making the squeegee quite sturdy. SUMMARY A well designed and implemented ground squeegee. An excellent way to get rid of stubborn puddles caused by rain.

I like this squeegee and it works pretty well. I was a janitorial manager for 5 years and we used squeegee s every day. To me what make a great squeegee is one that the rubber is pliable enough to both push and pull water. This squeegee work great on pushing water, but not quite as well on pushing water. I would have given it a 5 if it would pull water better. One difference with this squeegee is that the blade can be reversed. So when the first side wears out you can just flip the blade around and you are good to go.

I received the squeegee today it came shipped in two pieces. It was very easy to put together and was very sturdy. The squeegee is 24 inches wide which is a nice size to use very manageable. The RV concrete parking slab on the side of my house was never poured correctly and when it rains it puddles in various places, and after last nights rain I had the perfect surface to try the squeegee on. It works great, this Harper Powerwave Squeege works weather pushing or pulling. I highly recommend this squeegee.

This thing is serious heavy duty. You could move snow with this it is so rigid and strong. The curved plastic main structure of this allows for excellent movement of water to the center and not outward to the side as most do.The bracing allows this squeegee to keep the rigidity required to not only move the water but to keep the rubber edge perfect without breaking down. This is a great addition for my hard surface cleaning tools!

I have used several different squeegees in the past. This is the best one by far. As you can see by the picture I included below, The wooden handle has a plastic bracket on the the end that connects directly to the squeegee. This creates a very strong connection. Additionally. there are 2 support brackets ( one coming out each side) that attach directly to the squeegee. This gives the squeegee a good strong, solid feeling as you are using it. It pushes large amounts of water out of the way and it does an excellent job of getting the floor completely dry too. I think it is great that the wooden handle is included and its not just a squeegee head connected to universal wooden handle. In my opinion, the only con with this product is the assembly instructions. Take a look at them below.

The new squeegee came disassembled, which I expected, and it wasn’t difficult to put together, except that the instructions were more of a hindrance than a help. The quality of the copy was so poor that the majority was illegible, and the photos were no better. That parts that I could make out seemed to refer to a different model or earlier style that used wing nuts: not needed here, and I’m not sure where they would go. Assembly aside, the product seems durable, has what looks like a good quality rubber on each side, although only one side could actually be used. The other side would be used when the first side is worn out. Then you would disassemble, flip it and reassemble. The actual engineering seems a little crude, the support brackets not really aligning straight with the base (see photo). It still works, but how much harder would it be to tweak the angle of support metal a bit during manufacturing so that it fits straight. To me, that shows me that quality control is lacking. The stiffness of the actual rubber part is a bit stiff, but that is just personal preference. I think stiffer is needed for rougher floors, softer rubber for smoother floors, But is seems to work well for my purpose of clearing water from my garage floor the drips off of the car, and after hosing out. For the goofy install instructions and sloppy angle for attachment, I am deducting one star.

All parts were in the delivered box. Assembled without difficuty. I use the device for moving snow in the winter and underwater sand in the summer. This is the second I have purchased -- wanted one for each side of the house. I am to lazy to walk. Units work great.

Like most good squeegees it has a very firm rubber edge which doesnt cut into the pavement to really move the water but it seems the more you use it the better it gets. Alittle unhappy with the handle normally harper has a very good handle with tight wood grains but this one almost looks like pine and flexes alot when pushing but hasnt broke yet so i guess we will see how long it lasts

The squeegee was easy to assemble using a 7/16 socket wrench. Very sturdy and it looks like it will last a long time,.

There were no assembly instructions but with a little common sense putting it together wasn't difficult. The squeegee works very well on our tennis court.

Excellent tool. Easy two minute assembly.

I bought 6 of these all 6 were missing 2 screws each. The manufacturer did replace them. Other than that they seem to be well built and were easy to assemble.

The fastest way to clear the driveway of water!

Easy to assemble, a little heavy due to wooden pole, compared to aluminium. Fairly stiff rubber, sweeps water well.

It doesn’t clean to well.

Absolutely what I didn't need. Hard rubber squeegie blade is not for home use. Also it didn't come with all the hardware needed. I went back to Home Depot twice to get the correct screws.

Showed up without mounting hardware or procedures. Could have cobbled it together, but for that price I shouldn't have to dig through the junk drawer for nuts and bolts

We use these commercially and they are some of the best we can find. The hardest thing is finding them in the stores or even online. They are always sold out.

I'm glad I ordered this and did not just buy something in stock. It is well made and does a great job.
