When our transition started leaking my son used this with some asphalt selant to seal a transition that was leaking. It has proved to be a good temporary measure until we can get a more permanent fix.

Good amount of fabric for the price. I had a long crack in my flat roof and used this with the Henry Wet Patch and we had a micro burst 2 weeks later. No water got in. In 2 weeks, after it is done "Gassing off" I will take some Solar Flex and make it white. Seems like the black roof cements crack and split bad if you don't coat them.

An essential part of roof patching
Using a fabric like this is essential for a patch to last. Many homeowners skip the fabric but it will make a patch last 10 times longer. As a former roofer, I've had to repair hundreds of home patch jobs that failed because of the failure to use a good fabric for reinforcement.
