The Roman shade was missing half of the hardware. The local store is no help at all. Had to look elsewhere for parts to hang it.

ordered blinds for 3 sets of windows that are right beside each other and only 2 were the same color and the header on the top is different length on serval anywhere from 6 to 7 inches had to order more and hope I can come up with enough sets to make do with and return the rest

Looks great! Just be certain to double check your measurements, as they cut them a half inch narrower than the dimensions you give them.

Had to return it. No other sizes available

I love these blinds I have them everywhere in my house but I will say the string breaks and it cannot be fixed , and they are out of stock , I need you guys to keep making them so I can order a new one

The wrong color was ordered but I really needed it so I kept it. The shade was OK enough to install.

Pro - Very pretty color, also easy to install and lift/lower. Con - They don’t hang straight across the bottom, hard to get them to be at the exact length where you want them.

They do not gather like the picture. They don’t lay straight and when fully down, they are crooked. Wire/fabrics wire cover is very cheap.

These shades look nice & seemed easy enough for my husband to hang. However they are not good with curtains, the curtains are constantly snagging on them & breaking off pieces of the bamboo.

Shades look very nice. This is my first cordless blind so I wasn’t aware they would hang somewhat uneven on the bottom but it’s not terrible.

These blinds were easy to instal and look great in our kitchen!

Love the blinds, in fact, I am waiting for them to come back into stock for two more I tried to order. They are shipped with a small box of hardware at the end of the box. Two arrived with one bolt each. As I was replacing existing blinds, I was able to cobble together a solution but if this was a new installation, we would have had to go to the store and pay for pieces. On a second note, I was notified the blinds were shipping but the tracking information was never updated.
