Looks and works great. Perfect add on for my smart devices

It shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. The product is exactly as described. It was easy to install and is balanced well. It moves the air really nicely. I have 10ft ceilings in an open concept house and you can definitely feel it move the air. It also works seamlessly with our Alexa. It's true to color. very black, which is what we were looking for. The only thing I dont really like is the pulls. they just seem useless. between alexa and the remote, plus how high my ceilings are, we'll never use them. However, there's really no way to remove them.

I love the fan and light. The instructions for flush mount were not very clear and took awhile, but was very happy with the end product

The remote didn't fit

The fan easy to assemble, the tricky part was activating the wifi control. But the fan is amazing blows a lot of air. The lights aren’t that bright and they are a yellow light as well. I did read that in the reviews before purchasing so I had planned to swap out the bulbs. But we ended up installing recessed lights in the room so I kept the lights that the fan came with because I do like the dimming function. It allows me to turn on the light while my husband is sleeping without waking him.

I like the fan. It operates as expected. It looks great where we installed it. Not a big fan of the remote. The original remote did not work. It was difficult getting a new remote. The remote comes from a different manufacturer. I have not installed the new remote yet. Who wants to disassemble a ceiling fan and rewire it, then reinstall it again? I am not excited about that process.

I purchased the fan/light kit and remote control. There is a wifi antenna on the receiver (for remote) that easily broke off during install. Unfortunately HD will only accept a return for the remote if you return the fan with it, even though they are separate products. It's a ridiculous rule. The fan/light work fine and I'm not tearing it down just so I can return the remote. If you want a remote, just buy it separately so you have the option to return if defective.

Had some issues with the flush mount and has to trim off some of the excess wiring to make it all fit. Otherwise love it. Fits in great with our rustic style. I was worried that only 2 bulbs wouldn't be bright enough for the space we put it in, but that worked out well and they were is more than sufficient.

Fan is very pretty

Nice looking. Easy enough install. Not crazy about soft button remote. But better than getting up to use wall switches.

Works well the Bond interface took a minute or two to figure out but it works very well with Amazon Alexa..... I would have given it 5 stars but I would love the option to have 2 remotes and I have not been able to find any information on that. I know I can us my cell phone but I would also like to have an additional remote.

2 star review is due to the remote. We love the fan but issue is with remote. The fan is UL certified but the remote is not. Didn't know this would be an issue until we paid to get the fan installed for 20' ceiling. After, we discovered the fan only goes 1 speed b/c the remote is not UL certified.

I love this ceiling fan.The look fits well with the room. Its quiet and I love the options the remote has. It also has an app to use with the fan. I always have my phone with me so I can change settings where ever I am at. Upstairs or downstairs.

Went up without a hitch but barely enough room for the remote in the canopy (ceiling cover). 1/2 inch larger diameter would do the trick. Programming through Alexa after "bonding" was easy. Remote also works well.

Beautiful fan! Quiet and easy installation .

Very pleased thus far with this ceiling fan. Still need to set up the remote however.

Alexa with fan control has worked flawlessly. But is inconsistent with turning the light on and off. Though the dimming functions have worked 100% of the time.

Don’t purchase if you like bright lights. I even bought the brightest lights available in this type bulb and they still don’t give off enough light. If you want mood lighting, it will be fine.

Fan is gorgeous but we rented a 16 foot ladder and spent hours only to find out the fan doesn’t work. The light works but the fan motor doesn’t. Defective product, very unhappy.
