The product is still cartoned. Because of the poor delivery process , my schedule for install by contractor was delayed. 12 days of f delay, left in my driveway. I spent hours on the phone, stayed home 3 days waiting for delivery, no communication, no texted delivery day or time line. U was never compensated monetarily for this horrible inconvenience. Read my phone log with customer service on this order.

There is no back
The pictures make it out like it has just a little opening not the case no back at all. We had this delivered to the house 2 times both times it was stuck by a fork lift. Shipped to store got in one piece. So far ok except for no back Home depot gave us 50 off bc we've had it shipped 3 times only to find it on sale.

The sink came well packaged with no damage. It is very heavy though so you will need a couple strong people to get it in place. It fits perfectly into the space and has a ton of storage.

worst customer service ever
This review is on the customer service because i still have not received my order. Every day for the last 2 plus weeks they said its coming tomorrow. Still hasnt arrived and wont let me set a day for delivery.

Unfortunately the paint job was terrible all around the bottom of the cabinet so we did not accept the vanity when we picked it up at the store. The store employees assisted with loading into my vehicle. It had to be removed from the box to fit and that is when the damaged paint was noticed so I returned the product for credit

Beautiful!
Vanity delivered as stated. Great shape, no dings, no blemishes. It is extremely heavy so have two to three strong folks to set it for you if not getting installed. Love it!

absolute garbage
Dont buy this unless you are prepared to fix it frequently. The finish chips off with the slightlest bump. The center drawer hinges always detach. The storage tray in the center drawer detatched itself as well, we had to glue it. I now have problem woth the runners coming loose on the bottem right drawer. The tiniest of screws are used to screw in the runners and other hardware and they are all screwed in cockeyed, and I now have one that came loose and can’t find where it belongs. A paint repair kit should be provided with this at the time of purchase.

Looks great
This arrived earlier than expected. Some reviews have commented on marble top staining. I used a decent quality sealer and have had no issue. The open bottom is not ideal, but is not a fact the manufacturer tried to hide. Overall quality is good and the price was right

They did not deliver the backsplashes
I ordered 2 of these vanities for our new construction home. I called to order the backsplashes HD said backsplash should have came with the vanities and to call home decorators collections. They said because it’s been over a year manufacturer warranty is up I explained we were building and if they broke I could understand but we never received them. They will not send them. The white knobs also started falling off within a month

Great color.. darker and deeper than online photo
Good value, no drawers but that's why it's so inexpensive.
Knobs are poor quality. .I changed them with some better rectangular knobs.
Granite is just ok.. Having the backsplash is a real savings.
