Home Decorators Collection EIR Ardwick Tan Oak 12 mm Thick x 7-1/2 in. Wide x 50-2/3 in. Length Laminate Flooring (18.42 sq. ft. / case) I am in LOVE with my new floors. At first I was afraid of the color because you don’t get a good look online or in the store in its packaging but when I got them home and I started laying them I couldn’t stop looking at them. I got this to replace old and nasty carpet in a second bedroom of a condo. Not only does this product lay down nicely, it dramatically changed the look of the bedroom ( piece of advice get yourself taping block you will need it). I liked the color and the sheen of the floor. It is a light gray with some dark gray and light cream. It goes with everything plus brightens up my entire bedroom. So far so good and no scratches at all and I have moved a lot of furniture around on it. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the flooring looked installed. I am happy with the result.

I’ve used this flooring for the majority of our rennovations including the salon I built for my wife, spare bedroom, front room (In the picture attached), and we plan on using it in the master bedroom and family room. Its a little tricky at first, make sure you use the minimum 1/4-1/2” gap between floor and wall. I highly reccomend removing your baseboards, undercut your door jambs, use transition pieces for long runs, and the best tip I can give you is if you snap the ends together(short side) and you dont like the fit, lift up the entire row from the tongue and groove, and slide the board on the short end instead of trying to pop just the single board, this will save the the tongue from snapping off in the groove. I learned the hard way on numerous occasions but was able to use those pieces at the end of the runs. Also when ripping the boards on your table saw, invest in a quality blade, my 10” table saw is using a Pergo specific laminate blade and my 12” miter saw is using a 100 tooth blade, these blades dont ruin the finish and cuts through the material like a hot knife through butter

The flooring was a challenge at first. The tabs would break off a lot. Once you figure out the right combination it goes together quite simple. I've installed Pergo before, which is a great product, but these do not compare. I'm happy with the way my flooring turned out but sure did waste a few boards

Awesome flooring, install very easy, and everyone loves the floor

Okay let me start by ignoring the other views about being hard it really is not that difficult to install. Just have to go left to right one piece at a time put it down the Long Way tappin sideways and move on to the next piece. I put down about 300 square feet in a few hours through a master bedroom and bathroom. I liked it so much I just went and bought more to do another room. It is thick solid sturdy and when you walk on it it doesn't Flex. The color the look the style everything about this flooring is beautiful and well made. So if people complain about installing it they are buying an inferior floor that lays down too easy and will Flex over time and become loose and rattly this floor is as solid As Good As It Gets. So if you want a beautiful solid floor this 12 mm flooring is perfect do it once and do it right the first time that way it will last a long long time.

Put it on a wall, looks great. Had a little bit of a problem getting it to snap together. Bought six boxes and received too many of one pattern.

This looks EXACTLY like real wood! It has a great rustic effect and adds a farm house chic to the ground. Colors are gorgeous and I simply can't say enough about this! I liked it so well we bought double the amount and are now doing the upstairs with it! All throw rugs look great with this color schematic as well...You will be pleased if you buy this product!

Used it for my laundry room and I love it! Per my contractor- he did not recommend using this floor in a bathroom. Overall it looks great and was easily installed.

We love this laminate flooring! It has brown, gray, and 'weathered' colors in each plank. It is not glossy at all, and looks and feels like real wood. We used it on the wall instead of shiplap as an accent wall, and we're putting our 82" tv on it! My husband mitered the corners to bring it into the next room, it's absolutely beautiful!

Wow what nice thick top quality flooring. I'm excited to replace the cheap oak flooring you see in the picture with this beautiful flooring. The feel of this flooring is solid, heavy and thick so it should feel like real wood and also not have any of that hollow feel of the cheap flooring. Gave a few close ups so you can try to see the texture on the floor as well which adds a nice dimension and look compared to boring old flat flooring. Love they modern gray look as well , adds an instant update to any room. Installs easily, if you can measure and make basic saw cuts anyone will be able to install and complete a room in just a few hours. Wide plank as well for an even nicer custom look. be sure to use a quality underlayment it makes all the difference.

These floor boards have a absolutely gorgeous over-all coloration. I am used to working with thinner laminate boards so these were a bit more of a task to align at first, but after creating the first couple of straight rows, installation went very smoothly. I previously had experienced an issue with the finish of a different version of HDC laminate flooring, but this specific production definitely passes the test. The finish is indeed strong and feels durable; seemingly scratch-resistant. They also seem water-resistant but I have not had an occasion to observe or comment on as of yet. The seams lock tight and the locking ridges don't crumble while you are tapping in. No issues with cuts. There is redundancy in the finish pattern. For each box of seven boards there were 3 duplicates, so be mindful to space accordingly. Very solid and looks high-end amazing.

The photos don't do the COLOR of these planks justice! Stag Ridge Oak is glorious. The colors in these planks has something to offer every eye. Not to dark and not too light - just right for any decor! The grains are wonderful too. I want this color on my floors and as an ascent wall, Installation is a tad tedious, but worth the time and effort. Pick up a installation kit for $23.00 and a descent sharp saw, hand or electric, a measuring tool and your off! Actually I find installing these planks on the wall easier. I assembled them on the floor, glued sections together then nailed to the wall. The backing is of a hard smooth plastic so no worries of a little water getting underneath (but avoid! Install properly).

Very easy to install, very clean and looked fantastic. the click lock technology makes it possible for any homeowner with a good miter saw and professional installer. Took approximately 3 hours for 1 person to complete an 175 sq ft room from start to finish. Only issue is there is no backing on the planks unlike other products on the market, so you must install an underlay. This is another cost that must be calculated in your purchase. Depending on the type of underlay your require for your geographic location can end up doubling your overall cost of install.

Just received as part of HD product review program. Replacing the flooring in our very large, older home. Big project! This type of flooring is not difficult once you get the hang of it. We intend to update most of our house with laminate eventually. The beveled edges of the planks make it easier to put in place. Water, scratch & stain resistance is a must have here with 2 large dogs and busy grandkids. Easy care with just a dry or damp mop. I love the shades and texture of this, in particular. However, I have to order a few more cases before installation in our home office which is out of stock at this time. Waiting on item is now available alert via the website. Recommended without reservations.

Flooring looks great and I like the 12 mm thickness especially since we we installing upstairs and wanted to minimize flex underfoot which in my opinion makes a floor feel cheap. The color blends well with grey and brown tones and looks amazing in our daughters room with blue walls which brings out the strains of blue hues in the floor. The floor doesn't show footprints or dirt at all. The downside is that home depot doesn't carry the stair nose in store and the stair nose has a lip on it instead of the flush mount that is preferred. Also the installers got glue on several pieces of the product and used mineral spirits to clean it. This method removed of the top layer of the product and made shiny spots. This is a method that the installers use on all other floors and does not damage laminate, wood or vinyl plank flooring. We ended up having to replace those boards which cost us time and money. This makes me wonder about the long term durability of the product. We will have to be extra careful I guess.

EIR STAG RIDGE OAK LAMINATE FLOORING These beautiful 12 mm thick x 7.48 inch width x 50.67 inch length flooring planks are beautiful. They have a dark gray, low gloss finish and they look like they are real wood and not laminate. Installation is easy - They have an interlocking system. No need to glue. Also, nontoxic, approved for radiant/underfloor warming. The product overview description concerning this laminate is stated "Install this floor on your wall to create a distinct accent wall" That's what we did and are so pleased with the results. I’m very happy with the Home Decorators Collection EIR Waveford Gray Oak 12 mm Thick x 7-1/2 in. Wide x 50-2/3 in. Length Laminate Flooring (18.42 sq. ft. / case). It’s a good match for my kitchen shelves (not using it as flooring but rather as a finish on the top of the shelves). Items move easily across the laminate; much better than the wood we had originally installed. We also plan to finish a short wall between the kitchen and dining room with the flooring for a coordinated “shiplap” application. It should work very well in both applications since it is both water and scratch resistant. The finish is a “Beautiful authentic texture and medium gray color provide realism”; it is very close, but I don’t think you’d confuse this with a real wood finish. But then, I didn’t want real wood, so no complaints on the finish.

Great to work with - made an accent wall in dining room

I have had this laminate installed for the past 2 years and I LOVE it. I did the install myself and it was so easy. It looks beautiful. I have had so many compliments on my floor and have just listed my house for sale and the people looking at my house love them also. They are the perfect color. I will be also using them in the house I am buying as I love the quality and they still look great. I have an 85lb dog and they don't scratch. I originally was just doing my dining room and family room but I loved them so much that I did my kitchen too. I am a woman and did it all by myself. Took me about and hour to install the dining room. I am so happy with the results.

This is a high quality floor and by far the easiest to install. I have installed several thousand feet of various laminate flooring, probably 7 or 8 different brands. No more tapping into place. Just remember once it is in place, to separate, you have to slide the ends apart or you will ruin the locking mechanism. It is easy to install and absolutely beautiful!

This flooring looks amazing installed. It changed the entire look of the house. We removed the carpet with ease, pulled the existing 4" base and went to work. We used a pattern from the internet to avoid the stepped look. We moved the pieces around to avoid a repeatable pattern and it turned out great.

As a general contractor with years of experience, I strongly recommend this product.

The floor is absolutely beautiful!

Easy to install, looks beautiful.Its been 5 months since install. No buckling or popping.Couldn't be happier.
