surprised how nice it is
went up easily and no shaking. lots of wind movement. and looks decent. the Bond app to control it is crap, but that's not the fan's fault.

DO NOT buy Garbage
This fan is garbage, literally. Please see the fan in my garbage. We bought the fan brand new from Home Depot and it stop working after 11 months. I tried to call the manufacturer and they referred me to Home Depot. I kept getting the run and around and finally decided to take the lost.
Completely unacceptable for a fan less than a year to break but I guess that’s what you get when you buy something made in china.
This is a honest review do not buy. It’s a piece of crap!!!

Only worked 2 weeks
I LOVED this fan! We had it professionally installed. After 3 days the light stopped working. 2 weeks later, the fan stopped working also. We had to hire an electrician to come back out to take it down to return. We got a full refund but the installation and takedown have been expensive.

Best fan ever!
Love this fan! It takes getting use to it callebrating itself when turned on, but it's no problem at all! We get compliments all the time!

Turns on by itself
I have 4 of these fans professionally installed by an electrician. They turn on by themselves randomly with no rhyme or reason. Quality is poor. Where are all the American made products Home Depot?

Light does not work. According to the electrician, no electricity running thru the light that connects the fan to light kit.
Did not return cause it was and additional $55 to bring down the fan and $55 to install again.

I love this ceiling fan.it looks amazing. Easy to install I ordered 2 . Quiet and the air flow is fantastic. I just ordered another one for the bedroom, it will help with cost air conditioning and the heat of summer. I have gotten lots of compliments.

I have been using the fan for 3 days now. It is very quiet and moves a lot of air. The sound it does make is from the fan blades moving the air. There is no motor noise. I do have it paired with Alex via the Bond bridge that came with the fan kit. Alex can control the light on/off but no dimming and can control the fan on/off plus the % of speed desired. My issue with the fan was the assembly. Everything went well until I tried to install the blades to the motor housing. The screws for the blades go through a plastic piece that is very difficult to turn the screw in. So it was very precarious to be trying to install blades while on a ladder and the two screws in each fan blade bracket were extremely hard to turn. What I figured out after I installed a few blades was to turn screws about 5 complete turns before trying screw them into their respective holes to release the plastic and that allowed the screw to turn somewhat freer. Very poorly design from an installation perspective, but a nice fan once installed.

Worthless Warranty
My father-n-law and i purchased 6 of these fans primarily becase 3 of them would be outdoor fans and we wanted the motor warranty. All three outdoor fans died within 2 years! 2 were denied warranty because we didnt have the receipt and the one that I did have a receipt for was denied by the warranty company after we paid $50 to ship it back. They claimed the box was damaged in shipment but the motor was still in bubble wrap. They clearly did everything they could to deny our claims versus standing begind their warranty.

Don't buy
I bought this fan in 2019. It stopped working correctly after about 6 months. Turned itself off and on and turned the light on often in the middle of the night! And yes, I was aware that there was a timer setting and that wasn't the issue.

Fan Stopped Working
This fan only worked for about three months. Now, it makes a strange sound and will not get up to full power. The light turns on randomly so I am guessing there is an internal short but I could not locate it. I should have made this review earlier as I purchased it in June of 2022. It was wonderful up until then and it pushes more air than any other fan I have used. Unfortunately it seems it may be too late to return it.

Best fan ever!!
Awesome fan. Best quality ever. The only issue I had was my ceiling are cathedral shape. So I needed a 20 foot ladder!!!
Nothing to do with the fan!!

These fans put out minimal air and fooled me with their size. My smaller fans work way better than these do. I am super disappointed!

Only 10 days installed and the light no longer responded...
Only 10 days installed and the light no longer responded to the remote. The next day the whole fan no longer responded to the remote. Replacement parts are being sent, about 2 weeks for that. I have had to employ my installer 3 times so far and will need to have him again when the parts come in. So disappointed.

We understand you frustration with the light randomly turning on and off, this kind of issue is not acceptable. It is possible that you are experiencing interference from other wireless devices. There are instructions in the owner’s manual for a “paired operation” mode that will prevent the fan from experiencing interference. You can also contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460 for assistance in fixing the random light issue.

Quit working very quickly
Waste of money. Worked great for 2 years. One night the light stopped working then a few days later the fan stopped working. $300 garbage

This 72" fan really moves a lot of air compared to previous 52". The brushed steel looks great. Installation was easy. Remote control is nice feature along with its functions for fan speed, light dimming and the 2, 4, 8hr timer.

So this is probably the nicest fan I have ever...
So this is probably the nicest fan I have ever installed. It’s very well built and packaged. On that note, I will also say that I noticed their was not alot of environmental waste in the packaging. Not a big deal to some, but if you are installing 10 of these waste becomes an issue. I will say I almost gave this fan a four star based on the fan blade install. It gets pretty tricky!

Do not recommend
Purchased this fan along with extended warranty. Fan stopped working and a warranty claim was made. we were told to uninstall the fan box it up and deliver it to the manufacturer. Don't understand what use the warranty is if we have to uninstall, deliver the fan, wait for a repair or replacement then reinstall. The company offered to send us the fan receiver which they claimed was the issue and to save us money we accepted. When it arrived we hire the electrician that we paid to install the fan and now again had to pay him to uninstall the fan, replace the receiver and reinstall the fan. so far outside of the cost of the fan we have now paid an electrician $600 to install, uninstall and repair the fan. To make things worse the fan stopped working again after just a couple of uses over the last couple of weeks. We do not recommend this fan or the manufacturer of the fan because they are completely aware of the faulty receiver but continue to sell the fan without making any repairs or even better not sending out a recall on the fan.
