This light was easy to install and looks very nice on our deck.

Installed three of these wall lanterns on the front facade of the house.. Two at the garage door and one at the main entry. Love them. Easy installation.

This light has a very nice installation setup. You can adjust the depth of teh mounting bolts to match your hanging requirements. I had to use the longer bolts that were included in the package. I would suggest using an LED bulb, as the screws to remove the globe are partially blocked by the decorative swirl on the side of the globe. It requires you to screw two small screws out to replace the bulb, so get a long-lasting LED to start. The light it gives out is amplified by the panes and both my wife and son agree that it is much brighter than the one before.

As you can see by the instructions this light is very simple to install it took about fifteen minutes for me to replace an existing light fixture and it looks excellent it is A high quality light That adds a touch of class to any porch I have installed this one over my shop door but I am going to move it to my front porch because it looks to nice for a shop door

I needed a new wall-mounted lantern sconce to replace one at an entry door that had been damaged beyond repair. I selected this “rustic” fixture with clear glass because it was very similar in size and appearance to the original. Right out of the box I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of workmanship of this fixture. I inspected it carefully and couldn’t find a single defect in the construction or finish. Even the labeling on the rear of the back plate was carefully applied, unlike what I've seen on most fixtures I’ve bought in recent years. The installation instructions were easy to follow, had clear illustrations, and were written using proper grammar. It would have been nice if the print size were larger. (I found it humorous that in one illustration the writer illustrated how to screw in a light bulb.) Installing the fixture was very easy, although I encountered two minor difficulties. First, the screw holes on my plastic outlet box were not threaded and they could not accommodate the 10-28 screws included for the purpose of mounting the bracket to the outlet box. I had to substitute some smaller diameter wood screws for the machine screws. Second, the holes on my outlet box were horizontal, so the fixture mounting plate on the bracket perfectly overlapped the back plate (see photo) on the bracket, and this made it impossible to adjust the fixture screws until they protruded 1/4" beyond the back plate, as specified in the instructions. Thus, I had to shorten the length of the screws to accommodate the presence of the back plate beneath the fixture plate. I recommend removing the cage (with glass) before installing the back plate on the outlet box. The reduced weight makes it easier to hold the plate while connecting the wires, and in the (hopefully unlikely) event you drop the plate you won't damage the cage or break the glass. My wife and I are very pleased with the appearance of this fixture, so much so that I’m considering replacing my aging ceiling mount exterior fixture with the Springbrook Rustic Flush Mount ceiling fixture that matches this wall mount fixture. This Springbrook outdoor lantern is a great looking medium size wall mount fixture. It's construction is sturdy and weather proof for use in any outdoor location. I like the rustic design, copper patina finish and clear glass shade; it is very appealing. It uses one 60 watt maximum equivalent light bulb (incandescent, CFL or LED). The installation instructions and hardware are included. Installation was simple and easy.

This is one of the most rustic looking exterior wall lanterns I've seen in awhile. The combination of the design, exterior finish and the clear water glass gives it a high classic rustic look. The Home Decorators Collection is one of many of the Home Depot signature series. Excellent instructions included used for installation is included with the fixture. Carries a 3 year warranty on workmanship defects. The "Protective Aged Copper Patina Finish" along with the clear water glass makes this fixturure an excellent fixture to stand up to the most harshness of conditions. The medium base light socket can accept incandescent bulb or an LED. I prefer using an LED daylight bulb in an equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb. By using the LED the fixture becomes energy efficient and you may never have to change out the bulb in your lifetime.

Solid light looks great. In the picture on the outside of the box they have an “Edison” led light bulb aka one that shows the filament. However I could only find one of those bulbs up to 60 watt. I instead went with a 100 watt led bulb because of the amount of light I need. They still look great just not like the picture.

When I opened the box I was a little concerned that it looked kind of cheap because the color was a solid brown--no sparkle effect, aging, patina...nothing. But it was going to be about 7-8 feet up and in the backyard area. Plus, we are selling the house soon and I didn't want to spend a lot. My fears were unfounded because it looks good. Would buy again

These lights are so nice. I have looked for new outdoor lights for 6 months. Most of them were overpriced and weighed but a few pounds. These lights are substantial and have a good weight to them plus the price was right. Electrician liked them as well. I used 60 watt chandolier bulbs for now, will be purchasing led bulbs for these lights soon. The lights have a beautiful effect when they are turned on. My store had 1, I needed 5 of these, they came within 2 days. These lights were installed 5-6-19. Thank you Home Depot, good job!

Easy to mount and looks absolutely great. The design can be used with a variety of overall home styles, really. We are using this as a garage light and it complements a piece of dark metal decoration I used to offset the pitch of the roof.

My wife and I were impressed with the appearance of the light fixture. The finish resembled the aged patina of our 30 year old brass fixtures. The construction were well crafted. The light fixture was securely packed in Styrofoam and arrived in perfect condition with all parts necessary for installation. Installation was quick and simple. Turn off the circuit breaker that supplies power to the light. Remove the original light fixture in addition to the 6” X 6” octagonal mounting block that was used to mount the fixture to the vinyl Dutch-lap siding. Before mounting the light fixture the Styrofoam packing inside must be removed. Turn the fixture upside down and remove the 2 screws that hold the glass part to the fixture. Separating the two parts significantly reduces the fixture’s weight and size which simplifies the electrical connections and installing the mounting nuts. Level the fixture, install a light bulb, reattach the glass part, and turn on the circuit breaker. The documentation was well written but, as usual, I didn’t need to refer to it.

The Springbrook 1 light rustic Outdoor Wall mount lantern is a nice looking fixture. I installed one on my garage. The installation was super easy.The color is a dark grey brown. The glass Shade has a nice texture that looks like rippling water . I added a dusk to dawn socket above the bulb so it is automatic. I have had this fixture for a week and it definitely meets my expectations.

This is a beautiful set of lights. They were easy to mount and are a most beautiful change form the old lights. These lights present an up to date look for your home and are esthetically pleasing over others. The color is modern and blends well with other colors. The water fall glass design is unique and is pleasing to the eye. A quality light, easy to install, all parts included and with the most modern results. Highly recommend this light to your home projects. High quality.

We live in a small condo and wanted to replace the ugly front porch light but needed something small. We love the wavy glass and the style that is so welcoming and cute. It fits perfectly where we needed it and instantly upgraded the look of our front door and front porch.

Great look for my front porch and I will always leave that light on!
