I think the carpet is great, and the price wasn't bad. but the install was not so great. not happy with the installers at all.

It OSS a good quality for a good price

We had this special ordered. When our licensed installer did the seams, he stated there was a defect in this carpet and we had to send it back to the vendor, who stated there was no defect and it was fine. We are now stuck with carpet that has visible seams and Home Depot who refuses to do anything because we did not use their installers who tried to charge us additional fees after we paid for installation services because our home was built prior to 1978, so for lead based paint. We have been extremely frustrated by this whole situation. The carpet is soft, definitely shows every footprint, but this manufacturer does not stand by their warranty on faulty carpet.

I was told they moved the furniture and put it back. No true. I moved them myself. I had to ask for leftover carpet. And when I asked about the extra padding they said they barley had enough to do the job. I paid for it it's mine.

The carpet feels really nice on the bare feet when you walk into the room. It also seems to warm the room up and matches the paint color on the walls.

The color is nice and soft on bare feet. Biggest complaint is the delay for installation. I had everything ready and moved for installation. Then the installers called the day before and postponed until December 22. Yep 3 days before Christmas. My house was very sad for the holidays.

Overall it was a good experience. The installers were courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about the product.
