The plastic parts seem so cheap and I feel they will break very easily. The main head is so uncomfortable to use. I am 5’6” and the angle of the fitting, plus the angle that I need to held the hose do not add up. I tried to show in the photo, the angle of the fitting causes the head to tip forward so that it doesn’t rest flat on the floor. Very poor design. I have an 1100 sq foot home, and my back hurts from having to stoop so low, just to make the vacuum work. I think Hoover was counting on their brand name only to sell this one.

Very easy

I have used the vacuum cleaner only once, but I like it. It fits my needs. I have a small home with limited storage, and this vacuum is adequate for cleaning and occupies a small space. However, in the "Frequently Bought Together" section below this product description and above "Product Overview" are pictures of this vacuum cleaner and some vacuum cleaner bags. I thought I might need some vacuum cleaner bags, so I ordered them along with the Hoover vacuum cleaner. I mistakenly assumed these bags would be for this vacuum cleaner. Why wouldn't they be? Well, I should have read more carefully. The vacuum cleaner bags depicted as frequently bought together with this vacuum cleaner are definitely not for this canister vacuum cleaner. They are for an upright cleaner.

Suction is great. It's light weight. Do not like the wood floor attachment as it does not pick up as well as the brush attachment that I had with another Hoover Vacuum. It was also disappointing the floor attachment would not fit this model. The power cord is another pain as it will not stay wrapped around the bottom of vacuum. Every time I pulled vacuum out to use it the cord would fall down and drag on floor behind me. I would recommend this product if you are using the duster and crevice attachment piece. They need to redesign the unit so the cord wraps around the bottom and stays and they need to change the floor attachment to the soft brush. I am returning this model. Have ordered 2 other models and going to pick the one that fits my needs better.

From the beginning to the end this purchase was a nightmare.

Suction and rolling is subpar at best. We did enjoy the cord length and carrying strap. I wouldn’t order this again.

The first time using the vacuum and one of the shoulder straps ripped out and got straight into my foot. I lost my toenail. In my opinion this is not secure at all.

Love the floor and wall end! Super edge suction gets to every corner without having to remove the brush. The long cord reaches from one end of my house to the other. No lugging heavy vacuums upstairs

My regular vacuum I had to get repaired so I bought this in the interim I have to tell you I really love it because you can just put it over your shoulder and take it anywhere in your house and it cleans up fast and it does a pretty decent job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great. It's lightweight and easy to carry. Its powerful for its size and the dirt bag holds a surprising amount. It has a long cord so I don't have to keep plugging it in different sockets when moving to different room. I'm glad I found it.

I am returning this piece of junk ! If I could leave the star’s blanket I would this is worse than a cheap car vac you’ll buy at the dollar store it definitely is not a commercial vacuum cleaner

Good quality, strong suction, metal wand is a plus, nice attachments.

The quality has been replaced with cardboard covered with a silver looking coating. yuk. Hoover has disappeared. Go to their page and it says there is a live agent, the live agent bubble says they are off line. There is no phone number or address, no where to call, its as if they have disappeared, except they KEEP MARKETING TO ME. There is 1 (one) place to have them fixed in Denver. It is a sad state of affairs for Hoover, the best known brand for vacuums. Terrible!
