I like how rigid it is and that it keeps its shape. But it was hard to get my Milwaukee 25 foot tape measure into it but it has gotten easier since about a week or two of use.

Owned this storage pouch for about 2 months and it works great. Holds all my hand tools i use for light duty work (multi tool, 6 inch screw driver with 3 bits, 2 extra cell phone batteries) and still have space for more.
CONS: Plastic clear cover will eventually get brittle, turn yellowish, and crack over a long period of time. Velcro will also eventually stop gripping as its normal wear and tear. The belt clip can be very hard to slide into belt. It can be a bit bulky so be careful not to hit stuff when your walking.
PROS: Belt clip wont slide around your waist. Holds lots of items.

Now, this is advertised as a 5 in. pouch, but it's actually closer to a 6 in. It's approximately 6" high by 4" wide by 2" deep, and will fit most tape measures, shielding them from the elements. That's good because it gets annoying replacing a tape measure every time it gets rusted. I also know how frustrating it can be to get everything slippery wet, or how often you have to clean out the snow from your toolbag pockets and can't find those small items.
This is great for keeping screws and small objects at your waist line, assuming you don't want to wear your entire tool belt. It's perfect for drywallers or sheet-metal workers who simply need a few simple hand tools and screws at their side. The back clip is coated with a gunmetal chrome finish, and to be honest is nice, but kind of a waste since it's only going to be scratched up, and if you're trying to wear it as a fashion statement, nobody will ever see it anyways. This is designed (but by no means required) to be used in conjunction with the 12 inch tool bar bag, and fits snug. That way if at the end of the day you have extra screws, you can pop them right into your bag and head off; no organization necessary.

It is the perfect size to keep hardware in while you are working on a DIY project. It isn't quite big enough for a hammer or battery operated screw driver. It should be able to hold a basic screw driver. The pouch can be clipped to your pants or the inside of a bag or toolbox. It also can hang on a hook or nail. The velcro closing top is very heavy and secure.
I have been looking for something portable that would hold small hand tools that either get lost in the bottom of my tool bucket or in the side pouches. What works the best for me is to clip the pouch to the handle of the tool bucket either on the inside or the outside of the bucket according to how full it is. The pouch is deep enough to hold quite a few items and I don't have to be concerned about spillage due to the Velcro protective flap. Since the top part of the pouch is clear you don't have to open the flap to see what's inside. The pouch also has a sturdy belt clip which may be useful at the job site.

This pouch will save my tape measures from popping off my belt and being damaged when they hit the floor, or falling off when bending (they seem to wiggle off somehow)
It's a lot easier to snatch it out of the pouch than to wrestle it off the belt or pants pockets. I removed the belt clip from my tape measure (and discarded it) so there is no resistance when pushing the tape out with the finger hole. It will be loose in the pouch but don't worry, it wont pop out even if you do Jumping Jacks. Jack

Not only it clips on, but it has a loop for the belt to pass. Well constructed and even my thickest tape measure fits in it. I'd buy it again if I need to.

I like being able to just put tape in pouch when I’m not wearing my tool belt
Works great
Having to clip tape on my belt wastes time compared to just putting in husky pouch

by its self or on s tool belt
I thought this particular item because I needed to replace my old tape measure holder on my tool belt this item has worked out great and perfect it's terrible and robust enough to withstand all kinds of tape measures I could throw in it and also the weather in the element I would recommend this for anybody who needs to replace theirs or he needs to have it by themselves better place to store their tape not bad even for the price
